When I saw Kimba's post in another thread, I checked this thread and realized I had not watched the episode. That is surprising because it is one of my favorite series now. The upside is I can enjoy it right now.

The best thing about the episode was Ichabod's experience with something like OnStar. For someone so macho, he's quite sensitive.
I liked seeing Abbie's sister, but I'm really not happy with all the dark and weird stuff.

Nice opening scene with Ichabod speaking eloquently about love and it was amusing that he made the Northstar agent feel emotional.
I hate torture scenes like the one at the bar. Yuk!
I can tell Ichabod does not trust Abby’s temper by the way he carefully places his body between her and her opponent. Very smoothly done. He does like Miss Jenny though.
I am enjoying the historical and literary references and the twist that is given to them like the tea destruction/Boston Tea Party, Samuel Adams, Moloch and Paradise Lost. The scene where the portal opened was very interesting.
I am surprised Sheriff Corbin and Jenny were so close and he kept it secret from Abby.
I enjoyed the episode.

That is the way I feel about the zombies on The Walking Dead. I really like the characters but I hate the scenes with zombies.

I'm sick of zombies and I hate this time of year.
I forgot one thing: was there really a country called Mexico that Ichabod would know about? Or Guatemala?

I remember he was puzzled about the names of some of the countries, but not all.
Thank goodness for the internet...because I do not know when the names of countries became effective.

Yw for the reminder Anti. The scene where the portal opened was very interesting. I am surprised Sheriff Corbin and Jenny were so close and he kept it secret from Abby. I enjoyed the episode. Yeah, it took me a couple of min to realize who he was talking to. They just kinda threw it in there. I too was surprised about Sheriff Corbin and Jenny. I did not see that one coming! The best thing about the episode was Ichabod's experience with something like OnStar. For someone so macho, he's quite sensitive. I liked seeing Abbie's sister, but I'm really not happy with all the dark and weird stuff. I have to disagree w/that first statement. I think the best part was the gunfight as it was going down. I liked how all 3 were involved and they all just sprang into action. The dark and weird stuff is part of the reason why i watch. No offense of course.
