So, even though this episode is Cas-centric, here's a little Dean and Sam action:

Whoa, the flash of blue eyes was an unexpected surprise. Perhaps we will see them flash each time Ezekiel decides to take over.
It is nice to see what I call "the Sam smile" again around 0:50.

I really enjoyed the episode although they are breaking my heart. I wondered how Castiel would survive without food or money. It was nice to see people helping him and the literal comments he made to them made me laugh. He would sound strange to people who do not know his background. There are so many angels determined to harm Cas because Naomi’s replacement is keeping them riled up. Rouge reapers are a menace and I am shocked that one lured Cas into her bed. Although he obviously enjoyed her, it still seems weird. I thought Ezekiel was on board with helping Cas and he did heal him, but Zeke’s reaction to Cas staying at the bunker seemed extreme. I am enjoying Dean’s efforts to tell whoppers in order to explain the things that Ezekiel does without anyone else’s knowledge. Both Sam and Cas looked confused. Castiel looked crestfallen when Dean said he could not stay at the bunker. :'(What reason will he give? Will he help Cas find another safe house? They can keep Crowley there, but not Cas. That sucks!

Pretty good episode. Cas was funny as he tried to navigate living on the streets. I was sure the homeless guy helping him was going to turn out to be an angel who was hunting him. Turns out, he's just a nice guy. I hope we're not going to go through a weekly Samzekiel. At some point he's going to get it that something's not right. As deft as Dean is at coming up with some story to cover up, at some point he's going to trip up. How did the demon/angels find Cas? Why is Bartholomew so pissed off? Funny/sad when the girl was so excited to become a vessel and then just exploded. What will become of the pastor? Didn't Ezekial realize that Dean and Sam were trying to get Castiel to the bunker all along? Why did he suddenly say that Cas couldn't stary there? Did he find out something we don't know about yet? Agreed, AA, Cas looked positively stricken when Dean told him he couldn't stay. Where will he go? And why isn't Ezekial worried about Crowley in the basement? Next week is.....Snow White? O, brother.

I gave this a 2, it was OK, but not great.
I think that Jensen, Jared and Misha did a great job with the sucky script that they had, they all 3 did a great job acting, but some of the supporting characters were a little over dramatic. When we saw Bart and the other angels, the way they were acting I expected to see him twirl his "mustache" very cliché to me.
I think I would have been ok with it the overall episode if not for the turn of events at the end and I have more questions now than I did before the episode.
If Cas can't stay at the MOL then what was the point of the whole frigging episode! Surely Sam(Zeke) knew or had an idea about Cas before they found him. Why Is Zeke hiding from the other angels? Who is Zeke really? What is his goal? If Zeke is trying to heal himself and Sam and is trying to conserve his energy then why is he always doing stuff that will weaken him, don't get me wrong, I am happy he healed Cas, but he has healed Cas, and last week he killed demons and he is constantly doing a show of power, so when does he have time to work on healing Sam so he can leave? Exactly why can't Cas stay? How did April find Cas?
I did enjoy the little bits of humor here and there but overall I just didn't care much for it. Please do not let these two awful writers do any more episodes!!!

November, I understand your frustration with the way the episode ended. I was shocked and sad. I was wondering how Dean would explain that to Cas, but once I thought about it some more, I am wondering how Dean will explain it to Sam and Kevin. Castiel gave the boys a wonderful compliment when he said he now understands how tough life had been for them and he thought they had done well. Then later, he expressed how much he appreciates the talks he has with Dean...then wham! The comment Cas made to the woman in the church about God is not listening made me think of when he fervently believed God would help them. Now, he is the one with no faith. That is so sad. I enjoyed the humor too, especially the comments Castiel made to people. Sometimes Dean is so quick with his comments that it takes a moment to register... Dean: I need your help. Ezekiel: ...I cannot be making public appearances. Dean: I understand that. I'm not asking you to walk the red carpet.
