I am playing catch up, but this was a really good episode.

One month after Officer Lance's daughter died on Oliver's yacht, Lance pursued a serial murderer who killed women. He would pour a solution down their throats to solidify their bodies so that they would be hard like porcelain dolls.

Lance has reached out to Arrow to help him to catch the guy. Felicity did her usual excellent job of tracking and they caught up with the guy a couple of times.

The lady vigilante arrived on the scene twice and helped them to escape harm. My guess is that she is Shado who Oliver had a relationship with while he was on the island. If that is her, I do not know why he would not recognize her voice. We shall see.

Prosecutor is requesting the death penalty for Moira. Moira is reluctant to fight too hard because she said there are some things her family must never find out about.
