When Vincent went on assignment to eliminate another beast, the beast attacked him. The man's daughter entered the room and the beast grabbed his daughter and started choking her. Vincent grabbed the young lady and escaped the house.
The beast used his abilities to become rich in the corporate world. Our team offered him an opportunity to lose his beastly side so that his daughter would return home. He agreed, but he was not sincere.
During the ensuing battle, Vincent became very angry and ripped the man's heart completely from his chest. His audience was the man's daughter, Cat, Jess and Gabe. They were all shocked.
Cat assured Vincent that whatever his problem is, they will work through it together. I am glad they did not have another breakup over that.
Cat and her FBI biological father are forming a relationship; at least they have had coffee together. Neither one is revealing his or her involvement with the beasts.
Gabe is extremely concerned that the "last" beast on the list for elimination might be Vincent himself.
