So far, I favor "Father Time" for the disappearing beer theory. Whatever, I don't care anymore. SPN has gotten way too sad. Cas & Bobby put me over my grief limit. I just wanted to post a fun pic. I really like the Bobby ghost. SPN should be goofy and have a Bobby ghost flitting around like an annoying insect. I would love it. Oh Hi & Hugs antiarbitrator Welcome to the board

I wouldn't mind having a ghost popping in here and there - like Obi-Wan or Yoda in Star Wars. But I was thinking, that maybe it's not about Bobby, or Cass, or even Sam. What if this was the first time shift? Okay, in The Matrix, changes to the code of the Matrix caused a minor glitch. There it was deja vu, here maybe time sped up a little. Instead of reverting a little, and causing something to repeat, what if time advanced just a little, and made something get skipped (Dean drinking his beer). I have no idea, it was just a thought. But who is messing w/the timeline? The Levis?

But who is messing w/the timeline? The Levis? I'm not sure. Since the next episode involves some sort of time travel (going by the promo that was shown after last week's episode). Somebody is messing with the timeline. Maybe the Levis don't have the juice themselves, but were able to get control of someone who does - like when someone works a spell to leash Death. Interesting..I guess I'll find out on Saturday when I see the episode you all get to watch on Friday.

First, let me discuss the one mystery this ep- the disappearing beer! Ah yes, the beer. I think it's doubtful to be Bobby's ghost- the theory I've heard that I think is more likely is Sekrit Castiel. Mostly I think that because that's exactly who I don't want it to be. So it's sure to be Cas. Is there a remote possibility it could be Sam, subconsciously doing something like he might have done with the spoon in the Mentalists ep? Also unlikely. I've been debating what to say about this episode, or if I should say anything at all. Don't get me wrong, I liked it- it was a good, solid ep, with good guest stars, and a fairly interesting MotW. I liked when Sam taunted the vetala. I really liked Krissy, and enjoyed her scenes with Dean- but as she is the latest Sam substitute, saying things Sam might once have said (when they used to write for him), it's no big surprise. But I'm also VERY disappointed. This season started out SO promising, in those first two eps, and then maybe the Slash Fiction ep- where it seemed like they could have some balance between the two brothers, but other than that, it's the Dean Show constantly. The lopsidedness has gotten too much, and it's really draining my enthusiasm for the show. This latest episode was really the capper. Nevermind the contrast between Dean's ep long obsessive, manic drive for revenge for Bobby's death, to Sam's "should we call someone?" moment. Nevermind the fact that Sam went to go help this girl, and Sam killed the last vetala, and Krissy comes out of the hospital to thank DEAN, and Sam doesn't even get to stand in the background anymore. How about the last scene? The one 3 second part during the whole ep where Sam got to express an emotion.. Sam says "I'm not okay, but it's good to work." Really, Sam? What do you mean you aren't ok? Are you still grieving for Bobby? Having hallucinations again? Left the hospital too soon? Still feeling the Vetala venom? Maybe having a relapse of syphilis? Or perhaps there is some new issue, brought on by meeting Krissy, who you had a 3 second connection with? I guess we'll NEVER KNOW, because Sam says he's not okay, and Dean says NOTHING!!! Just waits for Sam to roll over and fall asleep, so he can practice his new "I'm a professional and this is my smile" technique that his new confidante, Frank, told him about. That may be the part that really kills me because, as I predicted, DEAN is gonna eventually pull himself out of his own funk, because he doesn't need anyone's help- least of all Sam's, Or if he does need help- it'll come from Frank, or Cas, or Garth, or Ghost Ellen- anybody BUT Sam. I don't know if I've been this down hearted about Show since that ep where we found out Sam was destined to be Satan's vessel. I'll stick with it until the end, but . . .

My first post here, yay! This episode scored a 7/10 for me. I liked the episode overall, although I think not enough time was spent on the monsters (ventalas?), especially Meghan Ory's character. I would have liked to see more of her, and more interaction between her and Dean/Jensen (Dark Angel reunion!). I enjoyed seeing Frank again and I liked the banter between him and Dean. I thought the actress playing Krissy did a good job and I really enjoyed her scene with Jensen (who she seems to really love based on her tweets! ). I did like Dean encouraging her to do something else with her life i.e. college. This is consistent with him trying to protect Adam and realizing that his own dad didn't give him that choice. Anyway, I really liked the Dean and Krissy scenes. The ending was rather sad but maybe Dean took Frank's advice to heart and was trying to "smile through the tears" so to speak. As we know, Dean has had many years to practice his game face. He's still hanging in there though, which is important. I would imagine his obsession with finding Dick is going to intensify throughout the rest of the season. I just hope he doesn't get lost in the tunnel vision he seems to have right now. I cannot wait for this week's episode. It looks great!

I figured out the beer thingy. It was the one armed man who killed Kimble wife and drank the beer. Either that or Zombie squirrels. They love Beer nuts also. Little troublemakers.
