This episode was so scary and I loved it!
I loved Ichabod when he pouted about not wanting to hear of Thanksgiving cheer.
Then I loved him even more when he was determined to destroy the evil that came for his wife and child.
It is becoming clear why Abbie is one of the witnesses since her ancestors were linked to Katrina and Ichabod.

I did not like it.
I did like the parts where Ichabod was once again confronted with more of what is different about today's society. I wanted the hear Abbie explain GPS.
So I wonder where they filmed? My guess is they found that rundown house and renovated it for the scenes from the 18th century. In the 20th century it looked more like where a freed slave should live than that nice house the man had several weeks ago.
I wonder if the actress who played Abbie played her ancestor?
They keep saying Sleepy Hollow is a small town and yet I'm sure I saw a six-digit number for the population.
And once again, Spanish moss, which is beautiful but doesn't grow where Sleepy Hollow is, I don't think.
This morning once again, we had a scene straight out of a Hitchcock movie. I was expecting the birds last night to be like that. It happens around here at least a couple of times in the Fall and Winter. And they all take off at once and land at oce.

When Ichabod left the house after destroying the monster, I noticed the large flock of birds soar over the rooftop. I guess it would have been more like The Birds if they had flown toward the screen instead of away from it. They did an excellent job of finding someone who resembles Abbie. I saw Spanish moss in a movie last night, but the movie was really set in South Carolina. And filmed in the same area this show is.
