Greetings our dear members, friends and family,

We at the Evicted wanted to wish a Happy Second Anniversary to each and every of you! We know it has been a journey since we lost our former homes on the WB and CW message boards alike but we are grateful that you stuck with us and decided to call the Evicted your new home. We know it hasn't always been easy to adjust to new surroundings but we are doing the very best that we can and the changes continue to occur, we are promising that these boards will be our new home for many more years to come.

We are so grateful for the part you play in our lives and without you our lives just wouldn't be the same. Thanks for staying by our side and we promise the best is yet to come!

My friends, my family. It is wonderful to celebrate this second anniversary here with you. It is the relationships we built long before we knew what we were doing that turned out to be so powerful. And which we chose to continue, no matter what.

There was a time we were cast out. But it was only a matter of seconds before we realized that what we had was much stronger than they ever knew. And that it would continue. For we were our own home.



Little did they know that we were born to run. There wasn't a damn thing they could to stop it, no matter how hard they tried. Each and every person on this website is a hero, and we all would be less without each other, so thank you for being here, keeping us strong, and creating our bond anew every day.

Two years ago seems like a lifetime ago!
I remember my early days of message board posting as avp60685 on the WB site, I had many great friends on there
some were lost in our transition to the CW, then I made new friends and family. I was given a third chance to start another new home
on here the Evicted. Because of all of you I have grown so much so thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I find it hard to believe that 2 years have gone by already.

I am so thankful everyday for our family, for this home. When I think of our online family, I think of this saying: Home is where the heart is. And I think that applies to us, from the CW boardfall, to the WB boardfall, and now here, it seems that our bond has only grown stronger and it continues to grow stronger everyday.

Here's to being together for many more years to come.

Hi sorry its been awhile I have been quite busy working two days in a nursery school, babysitting my one and half year old niece 3 days and volunteering at meet and greet events with the pet rescue I volunteer for , and my Zumba exercise class 3 nights a week... Also getting ready for Christmas.

Happy second anniversary , I will try posting often.

It is a great to have a place where it is safe to express a point of view and not worry about the censorship that was so controlling on the CW boards.

We all came together because we loved a show that was or is on the WB or CW network and now have found great online friendships that facebook or twitter doesn't offer with the interaction that a message board allowed us to develop.

This year is my twenty-fifth anniversary.

I don't remember when I joined the WB boards but they were the WB boards, not the CW boards. I didn't even watch shows on The CW because by that time it was clear Lana and Clark wouldn't be together and I had no reason to watch "Smallville".

I'm having a similar experience right now to the one we had two years ago. The boards shut down without warning, but another site I go to had a member who went to the old board and told me about the new ones. Turns out the boards had been around. It's as if Mistermoonlight created the WB boards then lost control of them to the network, tried to start his own boards and failed because it was a bannable offense to even mention the original boards, then tried again when The CW took over and then quickly decided they didn't want boards.

There is less censorship and there are no paid moderators. Only the ability to report offensive posts, and a couple of people in charge who will deal with those. There are also very few members or posts at this point.

I was amazed at the things people got banned for. I even got banned for multiple names but I wasn't guilty (once I found out it was an offense) and had to send snail mail to the owner to get reinstated. Here I have multiple names and no one cares. I was concerned I'd get an email at every address about the anniversary (and I don't even use that name any more!), but then I realized the first three addresses I signed into today did not receive that email, and neither did the fifth. I do seem to be getting PMs for all my names.

I did find out one other person tried to challenge the spamming of the old site by someone posting links to the site owner's news site, for which people were expected to subscribe to get news. He and I were both told if we don't like a post, don't read it. But this is as if everyone on here posted interesting news and the only way to see it was to pay for it. My thread on the subject was locked. But I knew I was right. The "spamming", of course, was with the site's approval because that's one way they made money. They also sold ads.

Spamming from people wanting to sell sports packages happened toward the end, but nothing like what happened on The CW at the end. There, it was tolerated but it wasn't disruptive.
