When Megan Boone is talking around 3:27, she says Red is not Lizzy's father, but the producers do not say that.
Her statements stunned me; then I realized she does not know what their relationship is yet.
There are many intriguing elements to the story and the excellent cast members keep me very interested.

January 13, 2014.
I am not sure Red will return to the FBI, but he will keep in touch with Lizzy. He was kidnapped because some people were concerned about his affiliation with the FBI.

Between Agent Ressler or the boss, Cooper, I would go with Ressler being the mole. He was shot in the leg instead of a vital organ.
Perhaps the "mole" is being blackmailed into helping or...perhaps there is no mole. Could be speculation.
