Some of our group want to take it easy (Miles and Rachel), some are getting bruised (Sebastian), some find a nanite religious cult (Aaron and his former wife) and some seem to find their way back to the group (Tom).
What the heck is going on? Watch and discuss here.

Well, if I hadn't screwed up and inadvertantly locked the poll, I would have given it a 3. Maybe a 2.5. It was ok. You know, Tom gets back and forth accross the country VERY, VERY quickly (and often). And we never learn what happened to his son in the interum. He looked the same, but, remember that he was taken into custody a couple of episodes ago. What's going on there? And how did the head patriot get the message about Tom's mission so that he was able to threaten him with her death if he failed? Are they using pony express or something? So the Patriots were able to come up with a miracle drug(s) that not only created a new version of an old disease, but also cured it.....VERY quickly, too. How did the Patriot guards at the gate not recognize that Connor was not one of their own? I mean, is the group at the isolation camp THAT large that they wouldn't know each other's faces? While Tom is somehow zipping back and forth across the country, it seems to be taking Aaron forever to reach another town in Texas. And when they get there.....why are the nanites obeying the wishes of one of their "creators" and not another? What's going to happen there? How did Charlie find an exact replica of the metal box (and lock) to do the old switcheroo? How did a key from another lock fit the new lock? What did they need the diamonds for? I must have missed that part. One last gripe....as much as I love to see Bas in full fighter mode, he got the crap beaten out of him (a couple of weeks{?} after being whipped almost to death), and is still able to smile as he and Connor are walzing out of town, but one hit with the butt of a rifle sends him to the ground senseless? I dunno, I still like the show....but mostly because of the first season. I like the characters, but whoever is writing the episodes these days is making a mish-mash of what started out to be a survival in a world without power show that WAS pretty creative. I hope next week is better.

Hi SoCal, I saw your post about accidentally locking the poll, took a look at the poll, and found that I could unlock it, so I did.

Thanks, Moonlight. Just stopped back by the thread to say that I just read that there won't be a new episode of "Revolution" for a month. A LONG break for the winter olympics. Jeez, 10 minutes of sports and 50 minutes of filler. And a month to forget what just went on during the show.

I need to watch the last 20 minutes. I have a lot of excuses about why I have not watched it yet, but during the first season, nothing would have stood in the way.
I agree with everything SoCal said, and I will post comments later today.

I enjoyed the episode. There was humor, drama, fighting, and love at the drive-in. Rachel’s remarks summed up her relationship with Miles…”Evil Dead II” and “I think 20 years is plenty of foreplay.“ So…she does have a sense of humor. I guess I should stop shipping Monroe and Charlie. Monroe’s reaction to the splendor in the grass was amusing. Especially when his son said Charlie chose him and he did not have much say in it. Who else other than Bas calls her Charlotte? Tom looked like he was badly beaten and he was so darn humble when he was tossed in front of the president, but he lost that humility as soon as he cleaned up and got his son back. Jason looked stern but he did not look as if they had tortured him. I enjoyed Miles’ reaction when he saw Tom and I know he will not trust him. I was hoping Bas would get away, but they were careless and now Charlie & Co. will need to come to the rescue. ...why are the nanites obeying the wishes of one of their "creators" and not another? What's going to happen there? I think the nanites wanted to help Aaron and they did until he rejected them. Peter embraced them and they are embracing him. The nanites do not seem to have given up on Aaron or Priscilla. They have a purpose in reuniting the three creators. I am intrigued with this story arc and the ethical question it is raising. The people who believe God is helping them are full of joy and I am not sure Priscilla was right to demand that the Nanotech research be explained to them. The believers could reject the scientific reasons given or continue to look upon the nanites as a blessing from God and hate Aaron and Priscilla for trying to disillusion them. I think the replica of the lockbox and key will forever remain a mystery. Bas negotiated to buy some mercenaries from Duncan to help him fight the Patriots and she charged him 30 diamonds a head.

So, "Revolution" is not on tonight so NBC can run and exciting 1 hour show, "How to Raise and Olympic Athlete." It's bad enough we lose out on a month of new epiodes because of this over-rated sports extravaganza, but we lose one of those weeks to the kind of progamming that fits the Olympics to a tee. "How to Raise and Olympic Athlete." Christ.....what drivel. We could have gotten just a 3-week delay, but nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, NBC thinks this program will be utterly facinating. I, for one, will not be watching.

I liked the way Charlie looked so confident when she was riding away.
I also liked that we got to see her from the back, later.
Aaron doesn't seem to understand that he didn't actually create the nanites but was given the ability to do the work that would lead to them by the one who did.
