Well, last week we saw what happened to Michonne, Rick and Carl after they left the prison. This week we find out what happened to some others of our little group. Who survives? Who doesn't make it. Watch and discuss here!

I am glad you made a poll. I think last week's episode deserved a 5. This one looks nerve-wracking. I trust the survival instincts of Rick, Carl and especially Michonne, but the rest of the group looks either beat up or scared. Correction: I should have included Darryl in the list of those I trust to survive. Why are we not seeing anything about Judith? Why is Glen surrounded by the walkers? Where is Carol? What will the group do if they see Carol in a herd of walkers?

There was a link at a Star Trek site that said you could watch epi 10 right now…before it airs on Sunday. I tried this and I got a pop-up that said my Mac would not support Windows Media. Just as well, I guess.

Done. While the actual site says it does not air until Sunday, the Star Trek ad said that you could watch it now ( Saturday )

Turns out that was one of those fake sites. But I just saw the episode tonight and am about to wade into The Talking Dead. Highlights of tonight's episode: 1. Glen finally gets his riot gear from the comics 2. Judith is alive! Although maybe not for much longer while Lizzy is around. 3. Carole is back. Yay!

Not quite sure why this episode was named, "Inmates," but I gave it a 5 because:
Carol is back!
Those two little girls are getting creepy. You know, Steven King, "The Shining" creepy. At least Lizzy is. Those poor bunny rabbits. She didn't seem to kill them for food, but.....just because. Maybe Carol's knife wielding lessons went too far with her. Maybe she can keep the kid on the straight and narrow. What was the sign they saw at the railroad crossing? Sanctuary? Will it turn out to be true?
I wonder where Carol has been since Rick threw her out?
Darryl and Beth on the run together.....wuh? I don't think Darryl does well, mentally, on his own, so it's good that Beth is with him. But I hope they find the others soon.
Everyone seemed to pass the same place on the road. The car Michonne woke up in last week was there again, too.
The poor bus people. Here they thought they had a way out and it turns into a large zombie-o-matic. Maggie looks a bit crazed.
As does Glenn. Although he picks himself up, dusts himself off and gets out of the prison, taking along a former member of the Governor's pack. What a sad way to find out that Herschel was dead. Poor Glenn. Who are those three who got out of that huge car? Are they friends or new foes?
Will some of our previous group meet up next week? I can hardly wait.

I do not think "Inmates" was a good title for the episode even if it meant they were never really free or safe. There was a road sign that said "hitchhikers might be escaping inmates" and maybe that is where the title came from.
Seeing Carol was unexpected and a wonderful highlight for me. In a poll that asked who we were happiest to see return in the episode, Carol won by a landslide. Judith was second.Stabbing the bunny did seem creepy and I was waiting for her to pick it up and skin it.
I thought "Terminus" sounded ominous, but apparently that was the original name for Atlantis. I never heard of that before last night. After Woodbury, they will probably be leery, but they need a safe place for the children.
I am happy Carol showed up to help with the children because Judith kept crying and I was becoming concerned with how they would handle that. Carol will protect her. Carol looked good and her hair was a little longer. She told Tyreese she was near the prison and saw the fire and the aftermath of the fight. I am so glad she did not give him a clue about why she was really gone. I think they need to bury that incident and never bring it up.Darryl exhibits a strong sense of responsibility and I knew he would not let Beth travel alone. I would never ship those two and I think he will have an avuncular relationship with her. He is bitter and I hope he runs into Carol soon. Maybe that will help him. They do seem to be crossing the same path and I get the impression that only a day passed in this episode. It seems that the only contingency plan they had was to meet on the bus. Why was there no "if we get separated, try to meet at..." plan?
Gosh, how did the people on the bus wind up being zombie bait? That is tragic, but I thought about when you said the Woodbury people did not have character names and that put them at risk. You called it!
Maggie is not handling this as well as Tyreese's sister. I hope Maggie finds Glenn soon.I was shocked to see Glenn was still at the prison because I never saw him get off of the bus. When considering how sick he was, I think he did an awesome job of getting away from the walkers. Taking Tara with him seemed smart to me because two is better than one when they come upon multiple walkers.
Apparently the guys who got out of the vehicle were characters in the comics, but I do not know anything about them. Will some of our previous group meet up next week? I can hardly wait. I cannot think who we have not seen yet but here's hoping for a speedy reunion.

Good epi! I really hated the first 10 mins, and I thought it was going to be all Beth and Daryl thank goodness it wasn't! I like them but together they're like two mutes. Zomg Judith is alive. I knew they wouldn't kill off a baby! I can't wait for Rick and Carl to find her.
Lizzy (is that the older sister?, if not i meant her lol)is creepy as fack. How are you smothering a baby! (puke)Really loving that they're all out of the prison. The suspense is back

Everyone is talking about Lizzy and the baby. I must watch that scene again.

Okay...I watched the episode again and I am totally creeped out by Lizzy. I thought she had her hand over Judith's mouth, but she was covering the baby's mouth and nose. Then, when her sister was warning her about the walkers, Lizzy was so intent on smothering the baby, she did not respond to the emergency.

Is Lizzy is the poster child for the new world order (or disorder)? Is this is how children will survive…to become like her?
When her time comes, I do not see her being overrun by walkers. I see her calmly wading into a herd…as if they were long lost friends.

I think the transformed Lizzy will make some interesting decisions in upcoming episodes. Carl always seemed like a normal kid...tough, but normal. But there is something strange about that little girl.
