It looks like we not only meet some new folks, we also have some reunions of our old friends:
Watch and discuss the new episode here!

"She's gone." Are they getting rid of Tara already?

My guess is that Ford is trying to convince Glen that Maggie is gone. Like Maggie, Glen is most likely determined to be reunited…but Ford needs people, troops…so he is trying to get him to join up and move on.

Thanks Timmy. That sounds likely to me.

We'll…Rick's group has seen one of the terminus signs and they are on the tracks. Cannot wait to see them catch up with Tyrese's group and Judith.

I enjoyed the episode and it reminded me that the living can be more dangerous than the dead walkers.
It raised some ethical issues when Glen was presented with the choice of trying to find his wife or trying to help save the world. That seemed to be an easy choice for Sergeant Ford to make and I am interested in seeing how Ford handles the change in plans and circumstances.
We met some new people who invaded the house, but they would not make good housemates. Dang! They planned to take turns raping the woman who left the wet blouse. I think Michonne would have taught them to respect women.
I know Carl is tough, but it was kind of Michonne to try to protect him from the suicide scene in the children's bedroom. He has seen enough horror in his life. Michonne has been able to bond with Carl more than anyone else, except perhaps Daryl. She shows emotion now, but I do not think that diminishes her battle skills one bit.
Everyone has passed Carol’s car and the bus and they might all wind up at the place that promises sanctuary.
I thought our graphic novel fans would give us some background on the sergeant, but I have not heard anything yet *COUGHMoon-TimmyCOUGH*

It was a good episode, not great, but good. Glad to see Michonne finally got a new blouse! You'd think everyone who's been searching houses would check out some new clothes along with looking for food that hasn't gone bad yet. I mean, winter is going to come again and eveyone looks like they only have summer wear on. Especially Sergent Ford!
Not sure how I feel about those three yet. We haven't gotten a lot of information on them to decide whether they'll be good or bad. I thought that Glenn and Ford fighting each other was a little funny since Glenn is supposedly still suffering the after effects of the flu and Ford looks large enough and fit enough to have pounded Glenn into the pavement with one swat. Also, that Eugene guy, the scientist looks a little dicey. There was one shot of him close up to the camera and his face looked like he could be another "Governor" type. We'll have to see. What does he know and why does Ford believe his story that he knows what caused the zombie apocolypse? As for the girl, we didn't learn anything about her.
With all the houses on the street, the thugs choose the same one Rick is sleeping in. Talk about bad luck. For a guy who has just gotten beaten to a pulp, he sure was able to stomp on the guy in the john! And lucky for Rick, Carl and Michonne, he turned zombie just in time to prevent them from returning to the house. But, I'm really glad they all got away and somehow found the railroad tracks. I didn't see the who sign on the side of the railroad car so I wonder if it's from the same people who put up the sign that Tyreese and Carol saw last week. If so, it should make for a great reunion.....except for Carol and Rick and Carol and Tyreese if Rick doesn't keep his big mouth shut.
AA, you have better eyes than I do. I didn't realize that it was Carol's car everyone was running into.
I hope we see more of Tyreese, the kids and Carol next week.

I am just guessing that the car belonged to Carol because she mentioned her car was left near the prison and the camera seemed to focus on that car in each episode.
I think it was clever of Rick to leave the bathroom door open a little so that the guy would become a walker and attack the rest of his crew. That certainly distracted them. The downside was I wanted to see Michonne fight at least one of them.
Sgt Abraham Ford, Rosita Espinoza and Dr. Eugene Porter made a strange looking team. Rosita was dressed in cut-off shorts; Eugene was wearing shorts, and Ford was wearing a sleeveless shirt. In the zombie apocalypse, clothing should provide some protection against bites, but they were dressed for a picnic. The doc has a smart mouth so he might provide some comic relief.
Abraham: [H]ow in the holy hell did you possibly kill this truck?
Eugene: A fully amped up state and an ignorance of rapidly firing weapons.
Eugene: Trust me...I'm smarter than you.

I think it was from the same people because they used similar wording
"THOSE WHO ARRIVE SURVIVE"
We know our crew will not sit around knitting and gardening for long so I wonder what is wrong with the place.

As for Eugene…how can you still be alive in the apocalypse and not know how to use a firearm?

In a battle between Carl and Eugene, who would be the winner?

In a battle between Carl and Eugene, who would be the winner? Brains trumps brawn, so I vote Eugene. However, he's wearing a mullet. In the zombie apocalypse that means you're either giving the zombies something extra to grab, or you're so good that it doesn't matter. Carl's still too young to have much of either. But he's getting better.

But he's getting better. In a cold war, Eugene would certainly have an advantage, but if it came to a quick draw, my money is on Carl. I am still thinking about Eugene's smirk after the "I'm smarter" comment. Was he smirking because he zinged Ford or because he is being deceptive? Mistermoonlight, how about some background on them in spoiler vision?
