We learn the true motives of the Terminans as Rick and the group find themselves in a vulnerable situation. Will they be able to work together?

Fantastic start to season 5. I especially loved Carol as an ass-kicking heroine. When Tyrese told her he couldn't go kill, she calmly told him to stay where he was and she went out by herself and decimated the "sanctuary." I guess the rumors of it being the home of cannibals was right.
I almost had tears in my eyes as Daryl dropped his crossbow and practically flew into Carol's arms. What a beautiful reunion that was. And when Carol told the group to follow her and we see Rick and Carl clap their eyes on Judith.....again, a wonderful Reunion. And Rick seems to have forgiven Carol (just as Tyrese has) for killing the two sick members in the prison. "Did you do this?" and her shy smile and nodding of her head were just great.
I'm so happy none of our group was killed for meat in the slaughterhouse. Glenn came awfully close, though. Those hacked up bodies hanging around just gave me the creeps.
Looks like our little group did for Terminus what the Governor did to the prison. Breached the walls, let in the walkers and destroy its usefulness as a haven.
Will they be on the road for a while, or will they head directly for Washington, DC or find a place to hunker down for a time. Looks like the start of a great season.
And Morgan is still alive and kicking. He didn't kill himself after Rick, Carl and Michonne left him in his city!

I know Glenn was Close I was going to say no don't do it and thank god he didn't walkers indeed was scary but a good plan to let them in so they can kill every bad guy and also for the group to kill some and get out.

Tyreese and Carol kicked butt!! I'm sad Michonne lost her katana. I'm glad Rick and Carl were reunited with Judith, and Tyreese with Sasha. I thought they were gonna drag it out for another episode.

It was an awesome episode and I gave it a 5. I am sure the zombie fans enjoyed it. They outdid themselves with the improvised weapons and walker gore. Carol was terrific and her reunion with the group was wonderful. I loved seeing Darryl's response to Carol and she deserves to be with the group. The casual "just another day at the office" feel to the bludgeoning of people and slicing their throats so that they would bleed out was horrifying. The first man who was killed at the trough is the guy Carol and Rick met on the road...the one they gave the watch. Carol recognized the watch. That did not register with me, but Chris Hardwicke mentioned it. I think the worst casualty was the guy who was receiving a bloody kiss from a walker. I was so upset when Martin forced Tyreese to go outside without a weapon, I snapped that I would never watch another episode if the walkers bit him. I did not think Tyreese killed Martin even though he told Carol he had. When I re-watched the scene, I think maybe he did beat him to death even though he did not use the knife. Does anyone else think so? The cure: Eugene was with the "Human Genome Project to weaponize diseases to fight weaponized diseases, pathogenic microorganisms with pathogenic microorganisms, fire with fire." I was very happy to see Morgan and he seems strong and sane. Behind the scenes: "Judith's" biological father was the one who had his hands at her throat in the rocker, not Martin. That is so sweet.
