It looks like the church won't be a safe haven for our little group. What's up with the reverend? Where did Darryl and Carol drive off to? Will they find Beth? Will Garreth and his little band polish off Bob in one big barbeque? Was Bob bitten in the food pantry? Watch, rate and discuss here!

I am afraid that if they go outside, the Pastor might lock them out. I am closing my eyes on any scene involving a Bob-B-Q.

Rick wanted to go back and kill everyone at Terminus and they talked him out of it. Well look at them now. Rick needs to go back to crazed walker killer mode.
I must admit that I can't stay away ... if only to see Beth get saved and Gareth get eaten alive.

Very exciting. Lost a lot of people, but most of them needed to die so that Rick's group would be safe from them. Even though Gareth promised to leave them alone, there was no reason to believe him. I think Bob enjoyed the reaction of Gareth's people to his "tainted" meat proclamation. Gareth wanted Bob to appreciate his conversation. He was a psychopath. The blood bath in the church might have been some of the most brutal executions of the series. The samurai is back! So is Darryl with the crossbow. Where is Carol? Behind the scenes:Because the scene was so brutal and bloody, they decided to not shoot it in a church.

I do not recall Beth being injured when she was with Daryl. Maybe it happened when she was yanked into the automobile.
I really did enjoy the episode dedicated to them because it helped me to understand why Daryl acts the way he does. It also showed that Beth's philosophy on life keeps her from lying down to die. For awhile, I thought she was just a naive little girl.
Does anyone else think it is strange that Maggie is not waiting around to see if Beth shows up?

Yes. Very strange. Beth is her sister. Didn't mean to mislead you. i was just happy that Gareth is gone and Michonne got her sword back. I cannot imagine that Beth's story is over. I am more worried about the DC group. My guess is that Tara will be the first to drop ... probably saving Glen or Maggie. I do not recall Beth being injured when she was with Daryl. Maybe it happened when she was yanked into the automobile.

who ever comes out of woods behind him will not hurt the group hopefully not. I agree with you although I think Daryl is one of our toughest warriors, and I do not have fear for his safety; nor do I expect anyone to fool him.

Good episode. I think we all knew that Bob had been bitten in the food pantry and that was why he was outside, crying. I was surprised to see Garreth and his group catch up with them so quickly, however.
Good to see that Rick didn't want to leave for D.C. with Abraham since Darryl and Carol were still missing. And Carl is turning into a really likable character.
If someone had to go, I'm glad it was Bob and not one of our core group. He wasn't a very likable character at first, but had become a more interesting guy. Still, his absence won't be as tragic as one of the others.
The church trap was epic, but the vicious slaughter at the end was gross. I would have liked it better if they (except for Garreth) had just been cleanly executed, not beaten to death. Rick did promise to kill Garreth with the machete, so that was justice.
And Michonne got her sword back!
Wonder who Darryl is coming out of the woods with? Could it be both Beth and Carol? Carol at least. I haven't missed Beth all that much.
Looks like we find out about Beth in next week's episode.
