I actually didn't mind Cassie. If they had brought her back in S5 instead of Lisa it would've made more sense to me. I thought she and Dean had good chemistry but Cassie was a realist and knew it would never work out between them. Lisa was too dumb to realize that (sorry I'm not a Lisa fan at all but no offense to those who are fans of her).

Cassie could've given two fucks about Sam. She didn't even barely acknowledge him when Dean introduced him, so how exactly she'd be an "old friend of his" is beyond me. I think the rumor started with IMDB didn't it? People go in and change that shit all the time just to screw with people and freak them out. Personally? I think it's going to be Sheriff Jody Mills that Sam runs into because Kim Rhodes is going to be in this episode. She's confirmed it herself more than once on twitter that she's in this episode. With Bobby's death and everything, I think it'd make sense it'd be Jody that Sam runs into.

Holy shit! Surf! I swear to God, you scare me like that again about Cassie and I...I almost just shot you, again!
There was NO chemistry (Hell even KRISSY had better chemistry with Jensen than that chick ever did) the character acted like a cardboard cut out, she broke Dean's heart, used him when it was conveinent to her and then when she was done and safe, she tossed him aside like a used rag and broke his heart AGAIN!
Made me SOOO mad, she's on my list of SN chicks I hate, which from what I remember of the ones I disllike right now, is surprisingly a short list: Cassie, Ruby, and Anna.
You know who I WISH to God they hadn't killed, because the chemistry between them was HELLA GOOD? Here's a clue, it's not who you'd expect me to say...it's Demon Casey, or at least her meatsuit, that chick was sexy and the chemistry with Dean was AMAZING, I mean, off the charts, just great.

But it wouldn't be the same if he wasn't played by the same actor. The guy did an amazing job. Its rare that I get chills, and I got chills. He's the thing that turned Dean into everything he hated while in hell. Truly BA. As for Cassie, I've been watching the show forever and I can't even picture who she is, and can definitely do without her. Our boys don't need more love interests. It never works. |
