Well fellow zombie-ites, here we are, at the season finale. How did it get here so fast? Oh well, it's a 90-minute episode so it looks like they're going to cram everything they can into it. Will Rick get banished? Will Carol kill Pete? Did Tasha survive? Will Sasha go bat-shit crazy? Will Deanna finally find out that her cozy little city isn't so cozy? Will someone please kill Gabriel? Who/what are the "Wolves?' Watch, rate and discuss!

I thought Rick's group would remain in Alexandria through next season, but that does not seem likely. Who the heck was Rick talking about when he said "they will hunt us, they will kill us"? Maybe he was talking about the wolves??? No rest for the group this season.

I've seen some upsetting spoilers that have me pretty sad. There is one that is very good, too. I just hope I'll be able to get to sleep tonight. Enjoy the show!

Awesome! Now that's how you write a finale. And no pointless deaths for shock value.
But sasha gurlll why let gabriel go.
So excited to see Morgan reunited with Rick!
Loved the opening scene with Michonne and Rick.

A big 5 from me. I loved seeing Daryl riding the motorcycle. The crossbow rack is a nice touch. Aaron and Daryl are developing a nice friendship. Aaron is honest and caring and I really like him.
Morgan did some awesome fighting with the staff. I misinterpreted Morgan’s reason for blowing the horn when he put the W’s in the car. I thought he was attracting the walkers to them and wondered why he closed the car door. The horn blowing was to check to see if it was safe to leave them in the car.
Sasha is going through a spiritual crisis and I am glad Michonne is steadfast in her efforts to help her.
I know Gabriel feels guilt for what he did, but he still is a royal pain. He left the gate unlocked and refused to offer Sasha spiritual help when she was desperate for it. I was not happy to see them holding hands instead of feeding him to the walkers. I do not think he will ever be redeemed in my eyes.
Maggie and Glenn finally held a conversation and said “I love you.” Maggie lost her father and her sister, but she is not losing focus like some of the others. Maggie is a good arbitrator and I knew she would not give up on Rick.
Glenn is awesome. I was surprised he was unwilling to kill that jerk.
Carl is more mature than some of the men in that community.
I liked Carol calling Rick “sunshine”. Both Rick and Carol are strong and the two of them are the most willing to do whatever it takes to stay where they are. Carol really wanted the doctor to call her bluff so she could prick him with the knife.
I think it was that Morgan finally arrived and the first thing he saw was Rick shooting a man. Morgan, Aaron and Daryl did not know what transpired before they came through the gates and I wonder if Morgan thinks he made a mistake coming there.
Unique kills: License plate slice, chain whip triple kill, car door head smash, deadly staff, rope decapitation, and hand choke exploding head.

I gave it a 4 because they didn't kill Gabriel. But the rest of the episode was pretty awesome. Carol, Rick, Michonne, Sasha, Maggie, Glenn, Eugene, Abraham and Darryl....what can I say? They were all preety darn great. I thought sure Glenn was going to die and was so relieved that he managed, yet again, to escape certain zombie death! The Wolves are cetain to cause problems for the Alexandrites next season. I was sorry to see Reg dispatched. He seemed like a Herschel-type voice of reason. Poor Deanna. She's lost both her son and husband in short order. I wonder how that will affect her ability to be leader of the "city?" I loved how all of Rick's group stepped up for him during the town meeting. And Carl, all alone in the house, taking care of baby Judith. Was Gabriel planning on commiting suicide but chickened out? Wouldn't you know he'd be the one to let the gate open. And when he berated Sasha for Bob's death, I so wanted her to blast him with her gun. Of course Sasha is more human than Gabriel and he did snivelingly voice his fault at locking all of the people out of the church. I was somewhat charmed by Maggie going back to her father's ways and having a prayer circle. I'm sure she feels she needs it as much as Sasha and Gabriel. So sweet to see Eugene sitting by Tasha's bedside. And Abraham coming in with flowers?!? Glad they were able to talk out their problems, too. And Carol.....brave Carol bringing Pete a cassarole and then daring him to try to hurt her. I'm glad she was able to restrain herself. And Morgan has finally caught up to Rick's group. He doesn't look crazy anymore, but a bit shocked, I think, at Rick's killing of Pete. He'll be a good addition to Alexandria. Maybe the title, "Conquer" was more about conquering their inner fears and demons and not about taking over the town. Good way to end the season. I wonder how they will spend the summer in Alexandria? It'll be a long wait until fall. I hope the companion show is good. I'll at least give it a watch to get my zombie fill.

SoCal I am glad you mentioned Eugene and Abraham's talk. I think they have been avoiding each other as much as possible so it was clever of Rosita to make a lot of noise so Eugene would wake up and they would have to communicate. Eugene gave Tara credit for making him admit that Abraham and the others were the heroes in getting them to D.C.

I really enjoyed the abraham/eugene scene too. Unlike Gabriel Eugene admits he’s a coward in this world.. but he’s never intentionally done anything to put others at risk. And we saw a few episodes ago how he did step up and fought to save Tara. Even though it terrified him, he did it. Why is Gabriel still alive? What more could they possibly do with him? all he does is cry and hate on the people who saved his life. I was hoping Maggie would kill him if Sasha wouldn't [/img]. I did like how they showed him leaving the gate open, similar to him locking the door of his church and getting people killed. if rick didn’t notice it in time there would’ve been a lot more deaths than just the old guy. There is no way to redeem this man. He continues to shit on the people who save him and does nothing remotely interesting.
