We're coming up on the last few episodes of season 10 and it looks like SPN will finally give us another try at getting MoC off of Dean. And I think we all hope they'll come up with a way without killing him. Charley is back....seems she has the BoD! And Dean is interrogating another member of the Styne family. And what he finds out doesn't make him happy. And Rowena is still in Sam's jail cell. Will she help or hurt? What about Crowley? Looks like an action packed episode. Watch, rate and discuss here!

Here's a sneak peek of Sam and Charley sneaking behind Dean's back and the MoC:

The only thing I can't get out of my mind is how TERRIFYING Dean was....when he was asking Sam about the book...he was just CHILLING. I was actually scared for Sam.
Jensen is incredibly talented! He scared the crap out of me. Excellent!!
Oh yes....THE ENDING SUCKED!!! ARE THEY FUCKING KIDDING ME?!

I really enjoyed the episode and the Stynes are very interesting antagonists. I am too sleepy to write much so I will come back later.

There wasn't much I liked about this one , with the exception of Jensen and Jared. It really didn't bother me with what happened to Charlie, but I don't understand why she would do something as stupid as leave protection and go put herself in danger. I didn't like that Cas was the snack getter and babysitter, surely there has to be a more meaningful thing he can do other than that? I felt sorry for Mark not having much to do, this is a great actor, why can't he do better than talking to a gerbil? I thought the Styne reveal was silly, and I cringed when he said that, SERIOULSY? they are going down that road? with all the other routes they could have chose and that was the one they picked. I did enjoy how Sam is going so far to save Dean, he is so desperate and in his effort he is willing to go so far that it scare me how far he will go, I think when he talked to Charlie at the beginning he was trying to convince himself as well as her. His love and loyalty for Dean is both heartwarming and scary as hell as to what he will do to save Dean. I agree with you Aeryn, Jensen was creepy when he was talking to Sam about the BOTD, I thought for a minute that he was going to knock Sam out of the chair. Jensen and Jared are such great actors, they can both show such emotion in the smallest of looks. I think Dean has been onto Sam for a while now, but until this episode he wasn't really sure. I am now wondering how bad Dean will get in order to get the revenge for Charlie.

It was only OK. Like you, NovC, I cringed when the Frankensteins were introduced. Come on, is that the best you can do? Angels, demons, were-wolves, strigas.....I could go on and on, they're great, but Frankenstein? I kept waiting for him to say, "No, it's pronounced Fronk-on-steen," and imagined Mel Brooks would walk in. Jared and Jensen were great. Gotta agree with all, MoC Dean is crazy sexy. I wasn't sorry to see Charley go. At least she got a good send off. Did she send her info to Sam? I sure hope so. Only 2 episodes left. They better be outstanding. Looks like Dean goes off to hunt the "Stynes." I hope he kills them all so we don't have to deal with Frankenstein jokes next season.

I totally agree SoCal, Please let Dean go off and kill a bunch of them, or better yet do you think if he kills the head guy that will kill all of them? let's hope.
I hated the D**k jokes in S7, they were juvenile, I don't think I can take a bunch of stupid monster jokes in S11.

Yes, when they mentioned Frankenstein I rolled my eyes. So silly. I for one LOVED Dick Roman...and the dick jokes. [/img] Did anyone else notice that he never blinked?! As for the Stynes...BORING! I also was not moved by Charlie's death. Even though the SPN sites are going crazy about it. Meh. Dean is going to kill almost everything in sight, I just KNOW IT. And I think he's gonna kill Sammy too. I have no idea what's gonna happen to Rowena. But she's really amusing. I like her a lot!

I am enjoying the Styne boys because they are unique, not really monsters, but not all natural humans either. Eldon has two hearts and extra muscle added to his body, so a kill shot might be a little tricky. Eldon described his family as a juggernaut and there are so many of them that individuals are expendable. The family tattoo will help our guys identify them.
I knew Sam’s plan was not going to end well and the lies were really piling up. Dean knew he was lying but he had no idea of the magnitude of the lies until Eldon mentioned the BOTD. I did not expect Charlie to die and she looked so scared when she pulled the knife and faced Eldon. I know her fans are upset about that. Dean will go on a rampage because of Charlie’s death and that will feed the mark even more.
There were some lighter moments though.
Dean said in a nonchalant way that he has dark thoughts, creepy visions, violent urges…
When Eldon said Mary Shelley spent some time with the Frankensteins and learned their secrets, I laughed when Dean asked why did she not go public with the information. Then Eldon said she wrote a book and you can’t go more public than that.
When Sam talked about the Styne’s history and that they helped Hitler get started, Dean added “and probably disco”.
Crowley was passing the time by using his minion as a dartboard. Later, the guy said “nice grouping”.
Crowley holding a conversation with a rodent was mildly entertaining. Then he told his minion to find somebody and fail on pain of infinite pain.
Charlie greeted Sam by describing his car as a beat up prehistoric subcompact.
Sam wanted Cas to play referee between Rowena and Charlie so Castiel asked what are the rules. Then Rowena stage whispered, “Does he know the first rule is don’t tell your brother what we are doing?”
Castiel giving Rowena a sympathetic look when he learned Crowley is her son.

AA, you're trying to make the best of the episode and I'll give you that there are always good moments when Jensen and Jared are on the screen, but I can't help but think of Mel Brooks every time I hear "Frankenstein." "It's pronounced 'Eye-gore.' Sorry. It does look like Dean goes after them next week and kills at least some (hopefully most) of them. I remain hopeful.

For reals, I really did enjoy it and I like the Stynes as worthy opponents. I view Frankenstein's monster in the same light that I view vampires, werewolves, and rugarus, but, of course, rugarus might be real.

I'll rate it as a 4.5 as i can't decide between 4 and 5.
Oh, and i don't think i need one, but i'm going to say beware of spoilers if you haven't seen the episode.
The good parts: -Dean finally learns the truth about what Sam has really been up to and that the book still exists. -There was less Rowena and Crowley- Their little squabbles were starting to get annoying and it was a bonus that they were split up. -Charlie finally died. Not to say that i didn't fully enjoy her but she was starting to be overplayed and overused. -There was actually a decent fight scene including both brothers. -The Styne family was more explored.
The bad parts: -Dean when he was interrogating that guy... He kept going back and forth teasing the guy with the knife but never actually cuts him. When have we ever known Dean to not cut someone when trying to get info? Sure, the guy seemed more than willing to talk but it also helped him to escape as well. -Just before Charlie is killed, it shows her sending her "match" to someone. Who did she send it to and how long will it take to get to Sam or Dean? -The mention of Frankenstein.

I am finally beginning to like the way Rowena talks. It was annoying at first, but now I find it rather amusing. The boys sometimes fail to take the most obvious precautions, like gagging Rowena instead of letting her annoy Charlie. Oh well...
I do not blame the boys for Eldon's escape though because no way could they anticipate him ripping his arm off.

I never see Rowena do ANYTHING, except file her nails. And AA, I seem to think she's toned down the Scottish accent just a wee bit.
