"The 'Flash'-'Arrow' crossover is going to be an annual event
Fans of "The Flash" and "Arrow" are aware that when the two shows meet in the middle, DC magic happens. Wanting the magic to continue, CW president Mark Pedowitz announced at Thursday's (May 14) Upfront event that the two shows will have a crossover event every year during their respective seasons.
"The crossover was so successful, we will be making it a special event in fourth quarter every year," says Pedowitz.
The crossover this season took place over the span of two days and two episodes on Dec. 2 and 3 of 2014. The episodes, titled "Flash Vs. Arrow" and "The Brave and The Bold," featured the two titular characters teaming up to take down the likes of Boomerang and Digger Harkness.
According to Pedowitz, the main crossover event won't be the only one that fans will be able to look forward to. There will also be mini-crossovers -- like those involving "The Flash" and "Arrow" from the 2014-15 season -- which will also include the newest DC addition to the lineup, "Legends of Tomorrow."
"DC's 'Legends of Tomorrow' is part of the Flash/Arrow universe," Pedowitz tells reporters on a conference call announcing the 2015-16 schedule. "Characters will criss-cross as needed and we'll have big crossovers, as we can acquire them, at the right time."
"Arrow" returns for Season 4 and "The Flash" for Season 2 this fall on The CW. "

It's funny, i don't mind when the stars of Arrow come and make appearances on The Flash but somehow i can't get into watching Arrow. I might blame it on the amount of violence but as you are well aware, i already watch shows with much more violence than that. In any case, it's good to see that they will continue to make crossover episodes.

I enjoy the crossovers and it is fun to chat on Twitter while the episodes are on. I am not familiar with Legends of Tomorrow and I am curious how they will cross over with the other shows.

I don't like "Arrow" either. It was nice to see Flash but I fast-forwarded through the rest of it and didn't see his costume, so I figured that was it, and what I had seen didn't seem interesting.
"Gotham" is also dark but I got used to it.

Thanks. The article is positive and gives a favorable review of the plot of the show and the characters. I am watching the show and the show runners achieved their goal of making it different from "Arrow" and "The Flash".

I don't remember which shows I saw articles about in a real newspaper, but the crossover was mentioned. I haven't found the articles online because the site that is supposed to have them hasn't put them up. Both articles were about more than one show. Andrew Warren writes about three different topics, while the other writers tend to write about one show.

A Jeopardy clue said Grant and Melissa sang this song (I don't remember it) playing these characters. Someone correctly asked "Who are The Flash and Supergirl?"

Grant and Melissa were both on "Glee" and Mr. Shoe's wife from that show was Greg's girlfriend on "Great News". AND she sang.
