I posted on another board that I hoped that Jared takes the time he needs now to rest and get better. These guys work a ridiculous amount of hours, and then do these cons, and then have to squeeze in time for their families. I feel sorry for these guys, having to make such a huge sacrifice for us. That is one of the reasons I don't understand why TPTB keep killing off characters, if there were more secondary characters it would take some of the workload off J2, these guys are married and have little kids, and want to spend time with them, so while I don't want SPN to become a secondary character show, having a few more, would only help the guys out. Get Better Jared, and take your time and focus on your family. ![]() |

The fans are being very supportive, including the ones who paid for the convention. I agree Jared is fortunate to have a loving family plus compassionate fans.
Some of the shows I watch have 8 - 10 regular cast members and that makes it easier for them to be excused from an episode. It is much more difficult to do that on SPN because they need a logical explanation why one of them is missing.
