1.14 River of Time (5-5-16)
After numerous attempts in many different time periods, the team has successfully captured Vandal Savage. However, Savage tells Kendra that he can reunite her with Carter so she struggles with whether she should kill him. Rip decides they will deliver Savage to the Time Masters which doesn't sit well with Snart and Rory. The duo decides it may be time to jump ship and return to their old life. Meanwhile, Savage taunts Ray about his place in Kendra's life.

I enjoyed the episode but there was some frustration.
When Kendra was struggling to decide whether or not to kill Savage, I agreed with one of our "villains" that since Carter would reincarnate at some point, the choice should not have been that difficult. But they did finally capture Savage and locked him in a cell on their ship.
The worst ever scene was when Savage was taunting Ray Palmer. Let's keep in mind that Ray is a genius. Also, Ray was warned by members of the team that Savage was trying to get inside his head and he said he knew that. Then Ray did something so stupid I was ready to turn the show off. Arrow, Flash, Kendra, Carter and the rest of the superheroes could not defeat Savage, but Ray thought that he could. If Ray and Sara were fighting, I would put my money on Sara.
Enough of that. Firestorm was injured and the Professor, without permission, used the escape pod to send him to safety. The Professor said he made some modifications to the settings that Rip programmed but he did not say what they were.
When Savage was strangling Kendra, Carter's memory began to return and he also fought Savage.
After all of the struggles to defeat Savage, the Council immediately set him free because they did not want the timeline to be affected. What?!! Then they threw Rip into a cell.

I really am enjoying the show. I wish they would stop making Ray seem foolish. He seemed clumsy and helpless on Arrow also, but he is a genius. I like Ray and being a nice guy does not mean he has to be foolish.

It was an excellent and exciting episode, but there were some unexpected events that are not liked by some of the fans.
The time council has been manipulating rip for years and they have been manipulating rip and the legends. There is a chamber with a device that lets them see the past, the present, the future and they can use it to change events.
The time council has been aiding Randall Savage because they believe he is needed to defend the world against future alien invaders.
Firestorm is very smart and he contacted the Professor in 2016 for help and he was able to return to the time period his team was in.
There were many heroic acts, but also a big tragedy…Snart sacrificed himself in order to destroy the time device. Captain Cold is my favorite character so I was shocked and disappointed. But there is still hope.

hopefully this person will be back. ‘DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow’: Wentworth Miller Exits As Regular, Becomes Regular In The Berlanti Universe. He will alternate between Legends and The Flash. He is also working on something in connection with Prison Break.

Returned to their normal lives, each team member must individually decide if they are willing to sacrifice everything in order to save the world. I wish I had known this was about time travel. I might have watched. But I wasn't enjoying these characters on whichever show they started on.

KyleEl I know you probably will not have time this year, but this show is really worth binge-watching. I do not usually enjoy time travel episodes, but I love this show and it is not at all confusing. The way the characters were introduced in the other series, there was no way to know they would become unlikely heroes (unless one read the comics/graphic novels). Their personalities remain intact and blend well with their adventures.

In the movie "Big Game", Victor Garber is the Vice President of the United States. The President is on his way to Finland when Air Force One is attacked.

Victor Garber was not a nice man in "Big Game" but he looked the same as he does in "Legends".

Victor was a nasty chef in "Modern Family". Claire liked him a lot but then she got insulted when she met him in person and he tried her cooking.

I'm confused. There's a character on this show who is a jerk, but he seems to be a regular on "Deception". I looked him up and his name is Brick.

I believe you are talking about Mick (the only real jerk on the team). His real name is Dominic Purcell. There is a character on Deception, FBI Agent Mike Alvarez, with similar features whose name is Amaury Nolasco. Here they are side-by-side in Prison Break.

I really enjoy Mick. I do not mean he is a bad jerk, more like a funny guy who says whatever he wants to say.

And all this time I thought they were the same guy. It is supposed to rain tomorrow, so I'll be back then. There really was a Brick in the "Arrow" cast, and he was played by the guy on "Deception", but he's not on the show any more.
