The CW hopes 'The 100' can have its 'Breaking Bad' moment The CW announced its 2015-16 schedule Thursday (May 14), which left "The 100" fans dismayed to find out the post-apocalyptic show will not return until next year. But CW president Mark Pedowitz says it was for no other reason than to get the fall schedule right, and he hopes the longer break will give "The 100" the chance to find more viewers in the meantime. "We had to make some moves to put on some shows and make some changes," Pedowitz tells Zap2it during a conference call. "We felt that 'Vampire Diaries' and 'Originals' is a good combination on Thursdays, we needed to shore up Thursday a little bit. We felt that 'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend' was a better fit on Monday. I think 'The 100' and 'Jane' might have been a little bit twisty." By holding "The 100" until midseason, Pedowitz says that he hopes such a critically acclaimed show will perhaps finally get the viewers to match its acclaim, a la "Breaking Bad," the AMC hit whose buzz built so much that it saw a jump in viewers between Seasons 3 and 4 and then a steady rise in viewers throughout its final season. How exactly are we supposed to get or keep fans when they aren't even airing reruns of the show?
Oh, and more bad news which you may or may not know... On Netflix, only season 1 of The 100 is available.

If anyone is watching this show why isn't anyone talking about it on here, oh that right there no one on here anymore.

I'm watching but I can't imagine why. During the first few minutes it was so unpleasant I couldn't imagine continuing to watch.
I think I want to keep watching just to see what happens. The scenery is beautiful and I'm curious about how they're going to find Clarke.
I didn't remember hardly anyone. That makes it even worse.

This isn't getting any better. The things I did like about last season have already been ruined this season. I liked Clarke and Finn being together, but they killed him off, and now we have to watch Clarke having intimate relations with a woman. I liked Jasper being a hero, but now he has totally lost his mind. I liked Lincoln finally getting his love interest, but now she is giving him the cold shoulder because he is wearing a uniform and she does not approve. I am also curious about what will happen, but I might let the episodes record. KyleEl Let me know if it gets better. If not, I might marathon it at the end of the season - at a very fast pace.

I gave up on it last year.

Jeff Jeff Jeff When I said you did not give us a week, did you take even a moment to think? This thread is for S3 and S3 started January 21, 2016. Your comment/criticism was posted January 26. That is less than a week later, not six months. I do not expect comments about a season that has not started. In addition, your comments were meaningless and had nothing to do with the topic. You repeated the same comment on several threads and that is considered spam. I gave you a pass on the spam this time, but be cautious in the future. Confine your comments to the topic.

While watching "Legends of Tomorrow", I keep seeing promos for upcoming episodes of "The 100". I am letting S3 record, but I do not plan to watch each episode as it airs so I have to mute the sound when they announce what will happen.

I haven't said anything. You're reading Anti's post.
I have saved the last two episodes to keep them from getting deleted.
This show has something in common with "You, Me and the Apocalypse". On that show, we see the news coverage of the world ending in the present, along with the group that will survive because they're in a bunker. Most of the episode takes place about a month before the world ends, as we learn who these people are and how they got there. Already, someone involved in planning the bunker, which will have the people the world needs most and samples of all species of plants and animals, has called it an "ark".

I still like the premise for The 100, but the killing and anger is too much for me. I am always interested in how people survive during a catastrophe, but I do not like to see survivors killing each other.
I thought You, Me and the Apocalypse would be similar to Last Man On Earth, sort of a comedy, but I never viewed it. Maybe I should look for the pilot episode.
I am ignoring the "Why are you doing that for?" comment.

"You, Me and the Apocalypse" is sort of a comedy, but much darker. I have no choice but to extend the time on last night's episode. Once I find time to watch all three, I'll see them in order. Until then, I can't watch any of the new ones.

I wouldn't know since I don't watch "You, Me and the Apocalypse". You might not want to. It depends on whether you want it to be a comedy. Now that I know the characters, it doesn't have to be. It's still somewhat entertaining. I do question the V-chip rating as certain words are used that didn't used to be allowed on broadcast TV, at least with this specific meaning, and yet there is no L. The lack of really offensive content means a PG is justified, though it did reach 14 last week, I believe. As for the show on The CW, which is genuinely violent and offensive, I delayed last week's episode too. No point in watching any until I can see them in order.

3.16 Perverse Instantiation: Part Two (5-19-16)
In the second half of the two-part season finale, everyone prepares for a final showdown as they begin to face the reality of their tragic situation in the epic and mind-bending conclusion.
I watched the finale. It was dramatic from start to end. The closest thing I can compare it to is a civil war.

It'll be a long time before I get there. I have at least 13 episodes to go.
And when has this show not been like a civil war?

I had the same issue with 13 episodes, but when I lost them, I decided to just watch the finale. They were always involved in battles, but I mean a real "civil war" like the one between the North and South - a war where friends and family members are trying to kill each other.
