The following are the dates that the CW has stated will be the new season premiere dates. They are subject to change and it's early but i'm excited for the fall season and with help from others, will continue to update them as needed.

Tuesday Oct 6th- The Flash and IZombie *
Wednesday Oct 7th- Arrow and Supernatural
Thursday Oct 8th- The Vampire Diaries and the Originals
Friday Oct 9th- Reign
Monday Oct 12th- Crazy X-Girlfriend and Jane the Virgin

*The CW does not give a date for either show but according to what i've read, i believe that is the date.

I watch everything except the current Mon shows and Arrow.

It would not surprise me one bit if the CW decides to save the premieres for The Flash and IZombie for the following week... It's a good marketing strategy to save the biggest night for the last premiere.
And before i get any arguments about Wed being the biggest night, during both new shows and reruns, The Flash gets higher numbers than Arrow. Not every time, but the majority of the time.
