Belle looked so happy to find out she was pregnant, and then her face changed with Gold's other news.
Zelena was quite interesting, and Hades seemed more "human" this week. And now we know where this Storybrooke came from.
I'm very confused about the phone booth and where Neal supposedly is.
So Henry doesn't remember writing.

I enjoyed the episode. It revealed a lot about the characters.
Henry kept the bargain and helped Zelena get topside. Although Zelena was being deceptive when she got pregnant, I feel she does have a right to bond with her baby. When she was with Hades in the past, she remained green because she could not let go of her anger and envy, but Hades did not know that significance. They both were so happy when they were riding the bike. Zelena's refusal to stay with him caused Hades to lose his chance at true love and that forced him to remain in the underworld. Hades sounded convincing when he told Zelena he would not hurt her or the child, but he was trying to get her baby to complete a spell. I do not think she should trust him now.
I agree with what you said about Belle. However, I am proud of Rumple for finally being absolutely honest with Belle and giving her the option to make a choice based on his truth.
If Henry is not writing the story, is the older author putting the book together the way it was supposed to read?
I do not remember why Neal is a baby, but he is "in a better place" which I hope means heaven. The witch in the pub told them that the phone booth was the channel to the other place and they should mention Neal's name and send him a message. When they asked the person behind them in line, the man responded he had been sending messages for 15 years, and there was no way to know if the messages got through. But the latest page in the storybook convinced them that Neal did hear their voices and it read "The infant son of Snow White and Prince Charming looked up at the tiny glass unicorns as they stirred in the wind. But on this night, he did not hear the chime of the crystal. Instead, he heard the voices of his mother Snow White and his father Prince Charming."

Belle's clothes were so pretty, both in the past and the present.
As usual, I liked the flashbacks better than the present. Gaston seemed like such a nice man, and I liked him and Belle being together, but then he showed his true colors.
I didn't like the outcome of the fight between Gaston and Rumplestiltskin, but I knew right away when Belle put him in the water that she wouldn't get to keep her baby, because Hades said it would be the result of the fight between just the two of them.

I must have been really enjoying the episode because it went by so fast I was surprised when it ended. I thought we were going to see more of Red, but we have to wait until the next episode. It is interesting how they intertwine so many stories and fairy tales.
Gaston's eyes turned red because he had lied about torturing the ogre. I was surprised that Belle still agreed to marry him but he did seem to act kindly toward her. I still remember when Belle agreed to go to work for Rumpelstiltskin and I do not recall any mention of breaking an engagement.

I'm very confused about the phone booth and where Neal supposedly is. The previous episode confused me about the phone booth, but this episode made it clear what the phone booth was for. People can contact their loved ones who are still alive in the outside world. I am not sure, but maybe the dwarves or Granny is taking care of baby Neal. So when Snow and Prince Charming made their call, it was to their baby in Storybrooke.

Oh gawd, are they trying t make Dorothy and Red Ruby fall in love with each other ? True love's kiss works another miracle. I am enjoying Selena and her relationship with Hades. Belle's distrust of Rumple has led her to make an outrageous decision. In spite of what they said, I still think Rumple could wake her up. Toto was cute. I wonder about the real reason Mary Margaret was sent home.

Toto and Styx (where Hades dumped that jar).
Add to that the movie "Monster" that aired earlier in the day where REO Speedwagon and Journey were played.
Just something to think about.
I'm glad Snow got to go home. It bothers me that David can't but I'm glad Hook has that power.
My question about Neal was answered. For some reason I missed that he was Emma's brother. I was thinking that was Henry's father's name in the "real world". That's why I was confused about where he was.
That's terrible that Hades took away the phone booth.
I too am enjoying Hades and Zelena.
I don't like dogs, regardless of size. Smaller ones are usually evil.
I'm not happy about Dorothy and Red. Red's not as pretty in these episodes as she was. I suppose the explanation is that she's "off limits" if she doesn't like men, but I want girls as pretty as she usually is to be straight. Dorothy is usually prettier too. I already saw one lesbian relationship in the movie "Monster". Cristina Ricci looked as creepy as she did in "The Addams Family", and she was the "normal" one. Charlize Theron was a very good actress in that, regardless.
Oh yeah, Aunt Em. How could Hades do that to her? She was so nice. Surely that's not the end for her. If anyone deserved to walk across, she did. In the 1939 movie, she said she was "a Christian woman".

That's why I was confused about where he was. I thought the same thing and wondered why Snow wanted to contact him. I remember now they named the baby "Neal" to honor Henry's father. Harming Aunt Em was harsh. They have not indicated if people can be rescued from the river of lost souls. I noticed right away that the Dorothy in this episode was very different from all of the Dorothy's I have seen. She was abrasive and not at all humble. I do not think the relationship added anything of value to the story.

I think the episode was over-sentimental - until the final moments when Peter Pan appeared. OUAT does an excellent job of giving flashbacks to expand the characters' background. Selena and Regina meeting in childhood was a surprise. Cora being regretful and sentimental was also a surprise. Going into the light...well, there is a shocker for you. James must not have made any impression on me at all in episodes prior to the underworld. I still do not remember him. Rumple still loves Belle, but he is being true to himself and not giving up his magic.

I don't really remember James, but I'm glad he is no longer causing trouble.
I can't help enjoying Cruella.
I liked seeing Zelena and Regina as kids. But their mom was so mean doing what she did.
I'm not clear on how Peter is going to be significant.

Last night was very strange. I didn't start watching "America's Funniest Home Videos" when it first came on, because I was watching a movie and intended to start late enough to keep from watching commercials. This was a mistake if I could have avoided it. At 7:30 programming was interrupted. At first I thought I was going to have to make sure to record the episode when it was repeated. Then I remembered the TiVo that is hooked up to an antenna also records the show. The station doesn't even have a news department, so it can't interrupt programming for weather bulletins. When the show was over, I went in and watched the part I missed. The same remote works on all three TiVos, so I accidentally started up the one in the bedroom and, when I was hearing yet another weather bulletin, I thought I had to watch live while that was going on. At this time, Hook and Emma were getting on the elevator, and Hook had to explain to Emma that she had to leave him. I also remembered that I can back up even if I am not recording because whatever channel the TV was already on, it is already recording, but the recording doesn't get saved. Emma with her Drew Carey glasses was with the bounty hunter. Now we know how she decided to do that job.
I went back in the bedroom and realized the weather bulletin I was hearing was on the recording. It was already too late to record what I missed, so I have to see that online. When the weather bulletin ended, Emma with the Drew Carey glasses was at the restaurant where the bounty hunter found her. I did check to see if there were any other weather bulletins, and there was one when Hook and Emma were putting the pink ball on the scale, and Hook made it possible for Emma to get it back by setting himself on fire. Emma with the Drew Carey glasses was stealing the file and the bounty hunter caught her.
So I sort of knew what was going to happen. I actually trusted Hades. He was very convincing. And Zelena seemed to have changed her ways too. I think I'm correct that she didn't want to leave Regina and the others but finally gave in.
It was nice to see Stealthy again. I'm glad Henry was able to help those people.
I'm glad Peter got what he deserved and Belle can return to Storybrooke. They had me worried. I wondered what would happen to Robin.
I don't even remember the woman they called The Blind Witch. They sure had me worried, but they made it out just in time.

The entire time we saw the flashbacks to the bounty hunter, I thought Emma was going to see her in the underworld and she would play a role in rescuing them. But the sequence of events was dedicated to Emma’s jacket being her “armor”. A story about the jacket belonged in S1, imo. ... Hook and Emma were putting the pink ball on the scale, and Hook made it possible for Emma to get it back by setting himself on fire. Thanks for the chuckle. I think the props crew would be heart-broken if they knew you called Emma’s “heart” a pink ball. The door to the lotus room would open only if the couple had true love. The scale was supposed to weigh the heart to judge if they had true love and the price for failure was death. When Hook caught on fire, it appeared they had failed and would die. Emma’s choice to save Hook rather than grab her heart was judged as true love and the door opened. Unfortunately, Hades was deceptive and told them only part of the truth. I agree with all of this. Even though Rumple used Pandora’s box to send Belle home, I do not remember them explaining how that worked. The witch said they let the two children push her into the oven. The only story I can think of where that happened is “Hansel and Gretel”, but I do not remember seeing the Blind Witch in OUAT.

I notice there is no mention of Rumple and Belle. Perhaps Rumple is searching for her father.
I do not agree with the story's version of "true love" because I do think Belle is Rumple's true love. In OUAT, true love means being willing to give up what you want most in life to please the one you love, like Rumple's magic. Ha!

Rumplestiltskin wasn't on much. But he made a good point. Hades should have taken the deal. Now he doesn't even exist.
I hate that happened to Robin too. But at least it didn't happen to anyone else.
I was really happy Hook got to move on and that he and Arthur were able to accomplish what they did.

That is the most emotion I have seen Emma exhibit. She was not handling her grief well at all. Then when she finally accepted it, the most unexpected thing happened, Hook reappeared. I was puzzled why Zues (a very young looking Zeus) met Hook to escort him, but then it became clear.
Regina and her sister finally had a true bonding, but only after they both lost the ones they loved. Robin Hood also had a son so his death was a tragedy for both Regina and his children.
Belle's father hates Rumple so much he would rather let her sleep forever than to awaken her for Rumple. Rumple now has part of the crystal and that will give him more power.

I enjoyed the finale and had no problem watching it for two hours. Spoilery, if you have not watched the episode.
Regina is miserable and sympathy does not make her feel better. Seeing Hook made her feel hostile because trying to rescue him lead to Robin’s death. Henry decides to rid Storybrooke of magic because he feels magic ruins everything. He and Violet went on a quest he titled “Operation Mixtape”. The name of the operation makes no sense to me or anyone on Twitter. He used the pen to obtain the Olympian crystal from Gold. He is looking for his dad’s journal because it might contain info on destroying magic. Library Story While searching at the library that Henry's father visited, they found several books that are similar to the special book Henry has. The books contained stories that are not in Henry's book and some of them are stories we did not know involved magic. I am sure those characters will be in next season's episodes. Violet pointed out the golden grail which is the twin to the grail that was the source of all magic. This grail is the key to ending magic. Henry burst the glass in the case and stole the grail. I knew Gold was going to be on the other side of the door. He put the kids to sleep and took the crystal but he was not aware of the grail. Zelena opened a portal to send people home so they would not be stuck in Storybrooke after Gold and Henry removed the magic. She included Robin’s older son in the exodus. Something went wrong and Zelena, David, Hook and Mary got sucked into the portal. They met a gardener whom I did not trust. He was a combination of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. How did Mr. Hyde know Belle was inside the box before he stole it? Gold was working some interesting magic in the hotel room to get Belle back, but Regina and Emma arrived at the hotel. Then Henry arrived and sucked all the magic into the grail. Everyone immediately realized Henry’s actions were disastrous. Gold took them to see The Dragon to learn how they could get some magic to rescue their family from The Land of Unfinished Stories. His cryptic answers helped Henry think of a possible solution. I was a little amused that Henry’s solution worked in New York City. But the New Yorkers were entertained because they thought it was all a magic trick. The highlight of the episode for me is *drum roll please* the Evil Queen is back!

I was counting on you to use the method to hide spoilers. Oh, well,
Spoilery if you have not watched the episode!
When I saw the doctor start changing I realized his last name must be Jekyll.
I didn't realize it when I first saw Hyde, but later I remembered that the man I thought was the "warden" was Hyde. At some point, though, I thought the black man was the warden. At first I thought he was Merlin.
The actor playing Hyde was really good. He'll make a good villain. It's a shame we have to wait all summer.
I don't understand how everyone knew precisely where Gold's room was. Interesting that he gave the man in the hotel $100 but couldn't spare the amount of a toll for the toll man.
I don't know how they could let kids so young into a rare book room. And of course they damaged the place.
My first thought about Regina resenting Hook was that Emma got her man back but Regina didn't.
