well have to say 1980's horror movies are indeed scary then today just not finding much today that scary a few but not many it ghost stories or some crap remakes they seem to have lower horror movies some what do you think to everybody who see horror movies today like it or would you rather have them stick to 80's type.

I think the movies of the 80's were scarier. There was a lot of suspense leading up to what would happen and then wham!
A lot of the more recent movies I saw depended on sudden loud noises to make me jump rather than the scene being honestly scary. I consider that to be cheating.
