That little glimpse of Sam we saw was interesting. It didn't look like a closed punch to the face, to me. It looks like how Sam used to hold his hand when he was on demon blood and using his powers. I am just speculating and observing lol.

I noticed that too DeanandSam. I was watching it again and I thought it almost looked like Sam was wearing a ring on one of his fingers. Maybe the ring can give you superpowers!  |

Maybe, in one of the quick shots from the "Untouchable" you see a man and there's a ring on his finger that has the hourglass symbol on it, maybe that's Chronos but I'm wondering as to why Chronos is going after them in the first place. tinypic.com/r/bfl4ht/5 |
