I watched the season 2, episode 1. Jon Bernthal is brutal as The Punisher. This is going to be action and more action.

More blood, less angst. I really enjoyed this season. I especially liked the salute between Daredevil and Punisher at the end. They learned to respect each other.

I am watching the 2004 "Punisher" on Netflix. Five minutes into the movie, I realized I saw it a long time ago, but I did not make the connection between the movie and the series. It is an excellent movie with Thomas Jane and John Travolta.
