Based on the early episodes, I would not have anticipated the season ending the way it did. I was amused when Jesse found a harmonica and made up a bluesy jailhouse jingle. The northern lights were beautiful. I like the ending for Xavier, Evie and Timothy. The rest of it seemed farcical. I do agree the Northern Lights were beautiful. I was not aware Brainiac was on this. He certainly was a different character. I wasn't pleased at the people at Evie's former workplace having to give up unhealthy food but I did enjoy their attempts to get around the ban. I recognized one of Evie's co-workers as the star of "I Feel Bad" which wasn't a success. I've forgotten everyone's names. Evie just kept running into that doctor! Who would have ever guessed what ended up happening. I was pleased Xavier got to work with the people trying to stop the asteroid and that they took him seriously. For most of the storylines there was a good ending. Whether they were able to stop the asteroid is another matter. We were left hanging. |
