Raimy was pushing Frank very hard to pursue the Deacon even though Frank had no proof. Raimy discovered proof in 2016, but Satch is concerned that it was obtained illegally and would be thrown out in court. Raimy is not concerned about that because she wants Frank to kill the serial killer before he kills her mother. I wonder what drastic consequences there will be when they change history this time.
Satch did not have Frank’s back and alerted Moreno that Frank was going to trap him. That is a dangerous situation. Frank is working on two complex issues; perhaps three, if we count his wife, the serial killer, and the dirty cop.
I thought Daniel was going to break Raimy’s heart, but he seems destined to be with her. It was interesting when they kept switching views between Frank being with his wife and Raimy being with Daniel.

The episode was scarier than I expected. Meghan, the girl at the camp who was later admitted to an institution, was tragic. She was a good actor because she looked terrified when she heard the deacon’s voice and when she told the doctor that man is a monster. It was frustrating that Dr. Goldberg dismissed what she was saying. The clues about the camp and Meghan have finally put them on track to solving the identity of the serial killer. Raimy now has flashbacks to scenes that reveal some of the problems between her parents. I guess it was fate that she and Daniel would wind up together, but I think he already had a girlfriend in this timeline. That might get complicated. The man Raimy works with is a good-natured fellow. I want to know why they think they know how Meghan's name is spelled. It was spelled that way in the credits, but who would know? When I heard about a crazy person at the camp, I suspected it was the woman in therapy earlier in the episode. It's no fun to see a girl naked if she's all bloody. I'm still confused about who Raimy's boyfriend is. I keep hoping Raimy's parents will work things out.

I thought Daniel was going to break Raimy’s heart, but he seems destined to be with her. It was interesting when they kept switching views between Frank being with his wife and Raimy being with Daniel. Okay, when they showed what happened "previously" I realized that Raimy's fiancé had an accent. So that is who she is dating. Raimy has beautiful shoulders. I knew nothing would happen with Moreno because he would no longer be a cop in 2016 if things had changed that would allow Moreno to be held accountable. Although Frank hadn't actually done anything and that would make a difference. I guess this means I'm caught up.

What a relief. I checked and it was actually "Supergirl" that aired. Which is a good thing since I hadn't seen that one.

When a plan is put in motion to kill the Nightingale, Frank agonizes over whether it's the right thing to do; Raimy is confronted with a moral decision. Raimy pushed Frank very hard to kill the Deacon and kept insisting that was the only way to save her mother. Frank is uncomfortable with killing in cold blood, but he agreed to do it. I enjoyed seeing the flashbacks of Meghan's story, not enjoying what Deacon did to them, but to understand what she lived through for so many years. She is a strong woman because she never gave up. I hoped it would all end tonight, but there are three more episodes. I am not stating details in case someone is a little behind on viewing it.

Somehow I thought it was going to end, and when Frank's car was hit, I thought they would leave us with a cliffhanger that won't be resolved. It's not right just to kill the Deacon because of what might happen. I hear those things the Deacon says often at church, but the person saying it isn't trying to beat anyone at the time.

1.11 Negative Copy 1-11-17
Raimy and Frank discover that they are in the thick of things; Frank identifies the meaning behind a betrayal.
It seemed to me that last week, young Raimy intentionally left her music case in the car so there would be an excuse for her to make Frank come to the recital. The events after the crash led to some excitement in the current episode. The Deacon got away and Frank hid the car because there was a lot of damage which he did not have an excuse for. To make matters worse, the inebriated man told police he saw a man climb out of the trunk of the car and the car had police lights. They were not sure he actually saw that, but they had to account for all of the department-issued cars and Frank's was missing. Satch insists he is concerned about Frank and is his friend, but he has not had Frank's back lately. I wonder what Satch would have done if Julie had not been wise enough to switch vehicles. Satch did have an acceptable reason for protecting Stan because he really owed him a big favor. It took a while for the actions from the previous episode to catch up and make changes in the current time.

It looked as if everything was going to conclude for the Nightingale Killer. But I knew something dark was on the horizon because there is another episode. We were given a big hint about what that will be.
Every time Frank and Raimy confronted the Deacon, they tipped their hand, and he would make adjustments that changed the location of evidence. The Deacon firmly believed he was helping the women, but that he lost his way. He was willing to pay penance, but is he doing the right thing? Probably not.
Stan had an envelope with Frank's name written on it and he put it in the glove box of his car. I am sure there is something damaging about Frank in it.

Satch did have an acceptable reason for protecting Stan because he really owed him a big favor. It took a while for the actions from the previous episode to catch up and make changes in the current time. I couldn't believe Raimy actually shot The Deacon, but she must have believed Frank's actions would change everything. And it was clear she was in real trouble. I was so happy when all of a sudden things worked out and the attorney was gone. I lost track of what changed and still don't understand how Meghan let people know where she was. The Deacon didn't get in as much trouble as we were hoping for, but Raimy ending up looking insane. I wondered how in the world Frank was going to weasel out of this situation. Satch didn't look closely enough. I wish Satch's action had looked more like an accident. It looked intentional. Crown Vics haven't changed in all these years. Although they haven't been made since 2011. So all these TV series that use them are actually using old cars. Raimy actually heard herself in 1996!

Every move Frank and Raimy made kept changing the sequence of events and even the personal story of some of the characters like Raimy’s mother and best friend.
The finale gave us a logical conclusion.

Stan had an envelope with Frank's name written on it and he put it in the glove box of his car. I am sure there is something damaging about Frank in it. Everything wrapped up quite nicely. If there was a cliffhanger, it should have hinted at another season which we don't appear to be getting. I was so happy when Raimy got her mother back even after she thought nothing has changed. Raimy thinks she can get away with police brutality because she knows what she did will probably go away. But it is only "probably". Interesting that "Lethal Weapon" had a similar plot line. Except the person seemed to be punishing rather than helping. I have one more to go.
