I remember when the lady "villain" who could teleport from one spot to another told Cisco to make her a special weapon, he said he does not do that. It was really funny when they started listing the special weapons he had made for villains like Golden Glider.

I agree. I like it when Cisco suddenly shows a new power we had not seen. I hope he retains all of them.
