Announced at Comic Con San Diego:
Rick Springfield has been cast as a minion of Lucifer for a multi-episode arc of Supernatural’s season 12. The news was announced at the show’s Comic-Con panel in San Diego today. Exec producer Robert Singer described Springfield’s character as “a rock star who’s a little bit on the down side” and ready for a comeback. The former rocker — the character, not Springfield himself — becomes a “vessel” for Lucifer. articleHave you heard any more announcements?

 There was a story in the Daily Mail today telling us that Jensen and Danneel are expecting twins sometime later this year. Blue and pink cowboy boots....evidently it's a boy and a girl. As Jensen posted, "Crazy times ahead." |

Congrats to the Ackles family.
Poor guy will need to keep working longer with twins.
Wonder how they will accommodate Jensen's absence from SPN, the twins are due later in the year.

Jensen will probably have the babies on the set. I really liked the photo of boots that were lined up for each member of the family, with the two little boots at the end.
I have been watching YouTube clips about Supernatural and they are entertaining.

I am ambivalent about Mary being brought back, partially because they made it so clear she hated being a hunter. (But, we are not supposed to remember that, right?) And partially because it makes no sense to me unless this is the last season and they are bringing all of our favorites back.
Of course, I would be jumping for joy if they brought John W back, but he is too busy caressing Lucille.

I'm sorry to say that I can't find an article I saw in one of the local newspaper's TV sections. The closest I came was a link that led me to a page telling you to subscribe to the newspaper. Is there really a newspapers that won't let you see ANY of its articles until you subscribe?
The first part of the article was online somewhere else but newspapers can run all three parts or just the first part, or possibly just the first and second parts. Another local paper did that.
