I wonder if it will be picked up only after 12 episodes a season.

Pitch was too dramatic for my taste, but it could have been worse. When her ex chatted with Ginny during a previous episode, he told her someone had hacked his phone and had pictures of her. I thought that was what this episode was going to be about. In spite of her breakdown, the team management is supporting her and handled her behavior better than I expected. I want the series to be more humorous, but the next episode will probably be even more dramatic. Sometimes the names in the description are confusing. Eliot is Amelia's assistant and she is inconsiderate of him and does not give him credit for the part he plays. I am not sure if "Mia" is Lawson's wife or if they are calling Amelia "Mia". The whole show is confusing. They don't tell us if we're seeing flashbacks once they've told us for the first time. That hardly seems fair that she can't wear any other brand of shoes. It's not like she intended that video to go public. I like how Mike has a good relationship with his ex. And her new man was nice to him.

I forgot to mention how much I liked the waitress. I hope she and Ginny continue to be friends.

1.08 Unstoppable Forces & Immovable Objects 11-17-16
The team holds a kangaroo court in the clubhouse to pass the time during a rain delay at Petco Park; Mike considers the option of being traded to a new team; a visit from Ginny's brother causes friction with Amelia. Mike is a valuable member of the Padres. And this show. He needs to stay. The Emmys tend to ignore broadcast TV, but otherwise I would say Zack should be nominated. Rain delays are certainly more complicated than I would have thought. I'm glad Ginny's brother is here but I wonder if he will be trouble.

Rain delays are certainly more complicated than I would have thought. I'm glad Ginny's brother is here but I wonder if he will be trouble. My favorite part of the episode was the kangaroo court, even though Ginny was a poor sport about it. My least favorite part was Will, Ginny’s brother, being a deadbeat and using Ginny’s fame for his own purpose. I liked the way the Groundskeeper, Russell, handled Charlie’s demand to get the field ready in 28 minutes. I also liked the way Oscar kept Charlie from going to the umpire’s office. Charlie would have gotten in trouble for colluding with the umpires. The preview clip at the end of this episode with Ginny and Mike was shown early on, around the second episode, and I wondered if that was a mistake because we heard nothing else about it. I liked how the groundskeeper wasn't going to be told what to do. I wasn't crazy about the kangaroo court but I liked how Ginny looked at that other player who seems to have a crush on her.

No. I enjoyed the episode except for the scenes that included Ginny's brother ripping off her friends. Mike Lawson and Ginny had a moment... Mike can't leave the show. I knew he wouldn't get traded for that reason. I like the way the people cheered Mike even though he struck out. I did think he deserved a last moment. I have mixed feelings about his competition scoring. I'm hoping Ginny's brother succeeds, but I doubt he will. Blip's wife and Ginny will probably just lose their money. During the "previously" there was a reference to humming Katy Perry. Wasn't there another show where someone was annoyed by that?

Greg on "Life in Pieces" (Tom Hanks' son, and he looks so much like him) is able to stay at home with the baby now. So in the last episode I saw he looked like Mike. His wife hated it. It took the baby throwing up in the beard, and the inability to do anything about the smell, to make him look normal again.

There has been one more episode. Ginny was on her way to a no-hitter.
I can say this much without giving anything away, just in case. Joanna Garcia was good in the episode.
Will had to pay back the people he was in debt to.

I saw all of the episodes and the one about the no hitter was probably my favorite.
