Red notified the FBI team that Liz is alive and he needed their help to locate someone who could give them information that would lead them to the person who kidnapped her. The FBI agents are understandably upset that Liz lied and let them mourn her death. At least one agent has no desire to join them in searching for her.
Of course Red is furious that Tom and Red's cleaner were in on the deception. Red does not accept betrayal from people who should be loyal to him. He has killed others for less.

Red, Tom, Mr. Kaplan and the FBI were able to pursue and take Liz home, but baby Agnes continued to be in Kirkland's custody. Kirkland has proven to be wily and elusive. He has multiple homes and businesses throughout the world. His time with Liz was spent in suspicion and disharmony. He tried to convince her that he had always wanted her but Red took her away just to spite him. Liz started having some memory of living in the home he took her to, but she still did not trust him.
Liz found her mother's diary and learned that her mother had been assigned to seduce Red the same way Tom had been assigned to seduce her.
The death toll kept climbing, but the most cruel blow was when Red took Mr. Kaplan to a field, shot her, and left her for dead. That did not set well with the fans because we all like Mr. Kaplan. Red's monologue about being betrayed and never being able to trust her again did not erase the shock and disappointment.

The episode was fast paced and contained unexpected events that add more drama to an already dramatic story.
Reddington is using his contacts to lead him to people who might have a clue where baby Agnes is being held. He is determined and relentless.
Tom is also determined to track down Kirk and the baby. He hired a team to trace the internet feed. They traced the feed but Kirk had set up a proxy server and Agnes was not at that location. Liz had told Tom to not trace the feed because she was concerned that Kirk might find out and not let her see Agnes again. Liz is furious with Tom, but I think Tom did the right thing.
The woman who is always with Kirk is encouraging him to use the baby to extract cells that might cure his illness. He has shown reluctance to do that, but he might change his mind and use the baby.
The “cleaner” was rescued by a man and he was nursing her back to health. When she tried to get up and walk, she discovered her ankle is chained to the bed. I am wondering if there is more suffering in her future.

The latest episode continued the saga of whether or not Alexander Kirk is Liz's father. She continued to be torn between siding with Reddington or her father. Red continues to insist that Kirk is not Liz's father but she does not believe him. Kirk is as smart as and rich as Red and he is a large network of people helping him.
I am glad Amir is getting more action and he played a pivotal role in the hunt for Kirk.
I think Liz did the right thing when she was forced to make a choice, but there are two more episodes before we know how the situation is resolved.
Mr. Kaplan is still held captive by the hunter and his surveillance showed two people leaving the woods after she was shot. Because he is concerned someone might return to look for Kate, he is trying to decide whether to kill her or keep her.

Tom and Liz have reunited and their baby is safe in their care.
I still do not know if Reddington is Liz' biological father. If he is, then that would be the one time he did lie to her.
We may, or may not, be convinced one way or the other when the show returns in January.
