I am so glad the show won an award and this was another excellent episode. The birthday parties were a lot of work for Jack and Rebecca and they tried very hard to make all of their children happy. The party highlighted the differences in the children's personalities. Kevin was the popular one. Kate had friends but they preferred Kevin over her. Kevin was selfish and did nothing to make his sister feel included. Randall accepted life as it was without complaint. I can see that in their adult interactions also.
I felt a little sorry for Randall because he was stressed about making a successful presentation, but I think making his father happy made him happy also.
Kevin had difficulty staying in a relationship because he still loved his one true love, Sophie. Kevin is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier. His overtures of love included punctuation. Shaking my head.
I think they are getting close to telling us what happened to Jack.

Now I can't support Kevin and Sophie the actress was very rude to rick and michonne fans. And said some pretty immature stuff on twitter rants about my fav twd couple

Sophie is being played by the woman who played Jessie on the walking dead. At first I didn't recognize her. Now I can't support Kevin and Sophie the actress was very rude to rick and michonne fans. And said some pretty immature stuff on twitter rants about my fav twd couple Everytime I looked at Sophie, I thought of Jessie and it does make it hard to root for them. I will say it again. Jack is the best husband in the world. They were having a perfect moment and then Rebecca sprung the news about the tour. By the end of the current episode, I wondered if each of their lives was going to be disrupted. Did Randall inherit a bad gene from William? Did Kate enter cabin #13 to be with that rude guy? Will Kevin's relationship with Sophie cause friction and mess up the play?

I really wonder how they're going to manage to keep Milo on the show... it doesn't show signs of ending for a couple of more seasons and it looks like we'll be seeing how Jack died soon.

I liked seeing Kevin change from a young man who saw Randall was distraught and walked away to an adult who realized comforting his brother was more important than opening night. I was a little amused thinking about the audience’s reaction to the star being a no-show.
Randall was trying to do too much and it took a toll on his health. I think he will be okay because the previews showed Randall and William taking a road trip.
When Toby and Kate agreed to share secrets, I thought that was a bad idea. Now I am wondering why Jack’s death was too traumatic for Kate to talk about.
I think Jack reacted the way any man would if he knew his wife was going on tour with an ex that she never told him about. I thought it was bitter sweet that Jack ate the Valentine’s Day burger alone.
That was a nice scene between Miguel and Kevin.

Drinking coffee and watching This Is Us at 6 AM is a good start to the day. William and Randall's road trip is full of feeling. My goodness, when William tossed the maps out of the car window, I shook my head because I am more like Randall. I want maps, written directions and GPS. The visit to Jack's resting place was sweet. I am watching the club scene where William's cousin is singing the song William wrote. This is so nice. Back to the show.

There were so many good moments in the episode. I liked seeing William's parents and what happened to them. When William and Randall met the cousins, I laughed when Randall was at the mike and was singing. He was so happy. The expression on the couple's faces when William pulled a brick from their wall was funny. But it was a profound moment for William.
The hospital scene was emotional and I liked Randall using the breathing technique Jack taught him. It helped William to cope.
On the trip back, Randall finally saw the ducks in the road. There is a road a mile from me where the ducks cross. The parent duck crosses and a slew of ducklings walk behind her in single file. There is a lot of traffic on that road and we always stop to let them cross. In all of these years, I have never seen an injured duck on that road.

Alec Baldwin as Trump said this was a great show. A general was pointing out that aliens from another planet had taken control of most of the country. The general showed the small area still under American control and said, "This is us."

Watched the finale and I loved it although they still did not tell us how Jack died. When Kate said it was her fault, I thought Jack was going to die because he was drinking and driving on his way to Cleveland. I am glad that was not the case. After the big argument, Jack remained a truly loving husband, and we need a season 2 to see what happened after that. They did a good job of stringing us along about the blind date and how Jack and Rebecca met. Her decision to sing that night saved him from committing a life-changing crime. I am happy that Randall and Kevin are on a path to make their lives happier. I am not sure how Kate’s life is shaping up. Alec Baldwin as Trump said this was a great show. Very funny; I like that.

Several times during the season, tears came to my eyes. The show seems so real that I became immersed in what was happening in their lives. I could feel their joy and their pain. I give it the highest rating.

So we still don't know how Jack died. I thought he was going to get into a car accident, after Kate said it was her fault, and he was driving drunk to see rebecca.. but now who knows. : :

I feel the same way as the person who posed the question and the respondent. We did expect an answer to an intriguing question to be shown during the finale and they ignored it. They learned there will be at least two more seasons, and I think they want to drag the mystery out longer.

The *** **** Chrissy Metz, her mother and her sisters (one of which also has a weight problem, but it's not as serious) were on "Celebrity Family Feud". She has a nice personality.

The *** **** Chrissy Metz was on "Pyramid" last night. She won the first round and then her partner won the second round with Green Arrow. I expected him to be introduced as Oliver Queen of "Arrow" but forgot he was also on this show now. It was "Smallville" where he was Oliver.

They've had reruns on Saturday nights but I forgot to look at who was on.
I know her name but I know her better by her description. But of course anyone who watches this show would probably know her real name anyway.

I would appreciate you not describing people that way.

I understand, and the logic was that people might not know her real name (and I didn't remember it at the time), but they would know her by her description.

I just learned that Milo (Jack) and Sterling (Randall) are nominated in the same category for an Emmy. (Unfortunately, that might split the votes from the show's fans.)
