I just came up with the recipe myself after some experimenting with some inner brainstorming.
1 box of instant stuffing mix-I used sage flavored 1/4 cup of margarine or butter 2 and 1/2 cups of water 1-2 cans of red or pink salmon oil
1. Prepare box of stuffing according to box instructions 2. open can (s) of salmon and drain liquid into cup but do not throw it out. 3. combine stuffing with the salmon with a spoon or mix by hand and stir in the liquid from the salmon can that you set aside earlier. 4. heat a pan with hot oil and make your salmon cakes in whatever size salmon ball you wish. 5. Fry salmon cake ball on each side for at least 3 minutes each until brown on each side.

Quick variations: You can add sage if you don't have sage flavored stuffing.
Also sometimes I add jalepeno peppers to them for a little spicy kick in flavor.
