I love drinking this as a special treat and I don't recommend drinking more than one a day.
1-4 packets of Traders Joes' instant coffee already mixed with sugar and cream-you can probably use any kind I just happened to have this kind in my cabinet, just if your instant coffee has no sugar you need to add about 4 packets of sweetner or 1-2 tablespoons of loose sweetner.
chocolate or regular milk-as much as you feel like putting but no more than 3 cups
2-3 scoops of any flavor of ice cream
1-3 tablespoons of cool whip or whipped cream
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until at a semi-liquid state after 1-2 minutes on high speed. Pour into a fairly large cup and enjoy!
