I watched Supernatural when it aired and I was live tweeting during the episode. I tweeted “May I slap Dean – just a little bit – for the way he talked to Cas?” Later, I noticed Dean was pissed off when Ishim talked to Cas in a disrespectful manner. That was ironic.
The silent treatment in the car makes sense now. Dean was mad at Cas because he was worried about the cosmic consequences of killing Billie. Cas was hurt and angry about the way Dean treated him. I love, love, love the look Sam gives Dean when Dean is being especially abrasive.
When Benjamin (pinball player) was killed, it sure took the employee a long time to take out the trash. (Let’s address the elephant in the room. The cops ruled it a stabbing, but they did not notice the gigantic blade poking out from under the game machine.)
It is a good thing the Winchesters went on the trip with Cas. Cas felt a bond with Isham and did not question the truthfulness of his story. I thought Castiel’s feelings for humans was unique, but the angel, Isham, was obsessed with a human. Too bad he was spiteful and smite-ful. He let Lily live so that she would suffer for a long time. Akobel, the other angel, also loved humans and was protecting Lily Sunder from Ishim. Mirabel bit the dust before learning the truth.
The events tied in neatly with the Nephilim problem and Kelly Kline.
Mary is still hunting alone. It has been a while so I am beginning to wonder why she is keeping her boys away. Sam is not upset, but it really bothers Dean.
Castiel, Dean and Sam made me chuckle throughout the episode. My favorite chuckle was when those three big guys squeezed into a booth.

I really liked this one, it seemed better to me than some of the other episodes this season. Why was Benjamin playing a video game? that seemed odd, and yes to your point Anti, why did the cops not find the big blade? It seems as if Cas was always just doing his mission until he met the Winchesters, then their influence really changed him. Past Cas (female vessel) seemed happy to just do her job, but I did notice the small jump she gave when Isham killed the child, however why did none of the other angels sense the child was human, and not special, or were they just taking orders? I did like all the back and forth between the guys and Cas this episode, Sam had to be the negotiator and try and work things out. I also liked his talk with Lily. I did wonder how Lily had the like an angel power but it seemed different than an angel power, so I am confused on that . She seemed to take Cas's apology to heart, at least I hope so, she seems hard to kill. ( why do most of the women on this show have red hair) I was curious how those guys all (barely) fit in the both, Jared and Jensen are big guys and it was hilarious to see them try, did it look like to anyone else that Dean was going to take Isham's money he was touching it and then it didn't show it anymore. I am curious to see where this takes us, I am curious( scared) to see what the cosmic after effects will be and what it could mean for Cas, I just get a bad feeling that they are focused on him now. Sidenote- If Cas is staying in the bunker, can we see his room, I would be curious to see what it looks like.

I guess angels need to do something for fun now that half of their powers are gone. I am a video game/pinball fanatic so it did not seem strange to me that Benjamin was playing. In fact, I understood her determination to finish the game before the place closed because I would play pinball on my lunch break and be a wee bit late returning to work. I thought the other angels never saw the child or got close to her and that was why they did not suspect she was human. Also, they did not know Isham let Lily live. They just took his word for everything. Sam was surprised that a human could gain angel power. I wonder if that knowledge will help later on, but that concept seems complicated to me. Oh, I definitely think Dean was going to take the money, and I laughed at his expression as he was considering it. Cas' room is mostly bare, except for a few essential items.

I have never been much of a gamer, after a little bit, I am ready to do something else, but I do know people like that.
The power gaining of angel bit did seem a bit odd, but I wonder if it will come up again, I can see Sam doing something like that to save his family.
Something else I noticed, why was Cas weakened in healing Isham, most of the time it doesn't bother him?
I think he would take the money, he has done it before.
Cas's room- That's funny Anti. I would hope he would have a TV/dvd so he could watch all the things that the guys would have told him to watch.
Trivia- Last episode I think the guard that fed the guys was also in 8.22, and in this one the guy that played (S7) Krissy's dad was Isham, I didn't know he was so short, but even with Cas, he seemed little.

That is interesting. I remember Krissy's dad, but I did not make the connection. They recycle the actors who are stationed in Canada, I guess.
Btw, I meant to say I enjoyed the fight sequences even though Cas was weakened from healing Ishim. Lily was certainly strong and a good fighter.
All of the dead angels' wings looked diminished, the same way Cas' did.

Sorry for the late entry but, well, you know.
I thought the episode was just ok. The source of Lily's powers confused me. Was she a witch? What was with her eye? Did she get some kind of power from the angel? I just didn't get it. And, for me, the big hole in the story was her child. If Castiel, with his (now I know) "limited angel powers" was able to sense the baby created between the devil and the human host, why weren't the angels (with their full powers intact) unable to "not" feel the same creation, i.e. Lily's child?
Did like the two big guys squeezing in next to Cas. And I am liking the return to the old "soldier of God" Castiel.
Other than that, this episode just left me with questions.

Lily obtaining the power of angels is a brain drainer.
