It was nice to see Cas back this week.
I liked it and it pretty much held my interest and I was surprised by the end. Misha sounded like he was sick even with the deep voice. I am going to hold my comments for a little longer until I know others have had a chance to see it.

I enjoyed the episode although I did not like Dagon being so powerful. In one scene, she was holding Cas up off of the floor.
The guys were happy and relieved Cas was back, and I sympathized with Dean’s attitude. They were worried something tragic had happened to him. I am glad Dean explained that to Cas in a loving manner. I guess Cas dropped in on the boys so he could get The Colt, and I hope they forgive him for that. The Colt was Dean’s other Baby, and he slept with it under his pillow.
Dagon and Kelly became enemies and Dagon had a vicious attitude. Lucifer still has power even though he is bound and I was glad he caused Dagon some pain. I did not enjoy him referring to Cas as the Winchesters’ “purse dog”. He better show Castiel some respect now that the Nephilim has empowered him.
I think it was too obvious either Cas or Kelly was going to steal the Chevy while Dean and Sam stood outside talking. Dean’s mechanic skill came in handy to fix the truck so they could go after Cas and Kelly.
I was very surprised when Kelly and Cas clasped hands and power travelled through Castiel. His touch destroyed Dagon and he easily healed Dean’s hurt. Both Kelly and Cas looked different, as if they have an inner glow. The Nephilim showed Castiel the future and it must be a future he wants to preserve. Kelly had an interesting theory that the baby would not be born bad even though everyone kept predicting it would be.
Random observation: several times people pronounced Cas’ name as Cas-steel. I have always pronounced it as Cas-sti-el.

Anti, They have always had people that pronounced it different, it just sticks out more in this episode.
Even though Dagon was a bad demon, I did kind of like the character and was glad to see Lucifer put the fear in her, and while I have not enjoyed the Lucifer storyline this year, It was nice to see Lucifer be Scary, I like scary Lucifer, not the silly overdone character we have seen lately.
I hope Cas or someone else can fix the Colt, because otherwise what was the point of it being back, it seems Cas almost dies for it, then a BMOL was accidently killed by it and then poof it's gone, still not sure why Dean waited so long to shoot at Dagon.
I was tired of poor Cas being lost as he said and not knowing what to do, I don't agree with what he did but I understand what he did with the Colt. I do wonder we this will end up, I can't see Cas being daddy, unless they are trying to find a way to keep him off screen. I did love the fact that we finally saw Cas's room at the bunker, I have been waiting for that for a long time. I did enjoy the difference in Cas at the end, but I really really hope that he isn't being set up as a fool again.
Kelly finally woke up and realized that her baby was evil, took her long enough.
Dean and Sam were there and while I love the guys, I am starting to wonder why they are there at all. I have always been a big supporter of them having time off, they need it with their families, but their reduced screen time and some of the bad writing is very noticeable this year and it is worrisome, I still want to watch this show, I don't watch many shows so I need my one show.

I am also disappointed about the Colt being destroyed. Dean was really upset about that. The Colt represented a time when Sam and Dean bonded with their father and learned things. Now it is gone. Cas’ allies have a short life span just like some of the Winchesters’ allies. I did not want Kelvin to die, but later, it was said theirs was a suicide mission, with no contingencies. I hate torture scenes and Dagon tortured him. I thought it was funny when Dagon was laughing at the contestants saying the wrong answers on the quiz show. But in the end, she got what she deserved and I am glad Cas was strong enough to end her I was also tired of Cas being lost and feeling as if he let everyone down. I think the dialogue in this episode was more important than the action. It is revealing that Cas put Dean before himself when he said Cas to Dean: I needed to come back here with a win for you. For myself. Dean to Cas: You, me, Sam, we are better together….Team Free Will. Cas to Kelvin: I am doing this for the Winchesters….I will kill this girl so Sam and Dean don’t have to. I am happy Sam and Dean talking things out helped Sam realize a solution and I like Dean referring to him as “beautiful mind” like in the movie. Kelly did finally wake up and accept the baby was evil. The bath tub suicide scene is the second one I saw this week. The other one was in "13 Reasons Why”. I thought she was going to heaven with Cas to end the baby, but the way she talked made me think she was sure the baby would survive. I am not clear on her reasons. My goodness! They bleached Joshua. I was looking forward to seeing “the gardener”. They did not need to kill Joshua. What a waste! In the vision, I think Cas was talking to something that is in the fire. It looks like a devil to me. Cas said, "You stay away from her!"

I fell asleep about 3/4 of the way through. What I saw was pretty good, although I still have a problem with angels and demons driving cars and renting hotel rooms. Thank God I missed the destruction of the Colt. They better find a way to bring it back!

My dvr froze and the box kept rebooting....right in the middle of this! Now I have to wait until the cable guy comes tomorrow. Damn it. I was really enjoying this.
I only came here for spoilers. So, Joshua isn't black anymore? And Castiel is imbued with a new power? From the little I saw, I thought:
Dagon was another generic, sneering demon. Unimpressive.
Sam and Dean didn't seem to be needed in this episode. They were like...guest actors. No kidding.
Castiel and (the REAL) Lucifer were amazing as always. I LOVE Mark.
The girl who played Kelly was a surprisingly good actress.

I noticed the transformation after she was saved. It was the first time that I noticed she was beautiful.

I noticed the transformation after she was saved. It was the first time that I noticed she was beautiful. I've now seen the entire episode. And here are my updated opinions: I still believe that Sam and Dean were more of a...side story. They really didn't add anything to this episode; it was as though they were just...somewhat passive observers. It was rather silly to introduce the new Joshua, just to kill him that quickly. What a waste of time. There was no point to it. I feel that Castiel, Kelly, and Lucifer carried this episode. They were the only ones I paid any attention to. (Well, the Impala too!) I really, really like Kelly. She was spell-binding. Couldn't take my eyes off of her! The scene where the baby transferred power to Cas gave me the chills. I played it again and again. It was like the old Supernatural that I remember, back when nearly EVERY episode was great. I'm REALLY fascinated with who/what the baby may be. I hope the pay off to this story will be worth waiting for! I just don't want to lose Kelly...the show has killed off too many interesting characters for me to be hopeful, though. *I've said this before, and I'll say it again...the boys look tired. Especially Jared. Also...I REALLY HATE MARY. I wish they could've let her rest in peace, and we could treasure her memory. But nooooo, they bring her back and slowly destroy her character. She's...kind of a sleazy hoe now.

The transfer of power was definitely my favorite scene. It was amazing.
I did enjoy the dialogue between Sam, Dean and Castiel. Other than that, the Winchesters provided slapstick-style comic relief when they stood outside and let the Impala drive away without them.
I wonder if Lucifer will get free before the end of the season. Any word on that yet?

Lucifer will DEFINITELY escape. He has to. I think either he'll battle with the new and improved Cas, or MAYBE Dean will also get power from the baby....that's a scene I'd love to see!

I out the synopsis for the last 2 episodes of the season in the S12 thread, it answers on of your questions Anti.
I also agree it was a shame to waste the character of Joshua, I really wanted to see the original Joshua back, but since they killed this one off so soon, it doesn't matter, I guess.
The actress that plays Kelly was on an episode of The Big Bang theory several years ago.
