A lot of action and excitement happened throughout the episode. Tobias returned and wanted to kill Black Lightning and he is angry his sister was killed.
I did not recognize Khalil when he showed up in dreadlocks. They turned him into a super soldier and he has to do whatever Tobias tells him and that is never good.
There were two good fights at the school. Thunder fought Syonide and then came to the rescue after Tobias and Khalil attacked Black Lightning. I love her hand clap - it sends everything flying.

I think Black Lightning got hurt bad because he hesitated to hurt Khalil. That is why Khalil was able to give him a killer punch after he shot him with a dart.

What Tobias did to Lala was really messed up. Tobias is a sick maniac.
Black Lightning slept through the first half of the episode. You are not supposed to do that in the finale. Then, when he woke up, he could not feel his powers.

I enjoyed episode and the soundtrack.
When they were attacked and Black Lightning suited up without his powers, Jen jumped into action. She hugged him and jump started his power with her lightning. That was awesome. They put up a good fight against Proctor’s soldiers. The soldiers said they were not prepared to take on Black Lightning and Thunder.
Gambi, Lynn and Jen were smart in the way they defended themselves when they were attacked inside the house.
Meanwhile, Tobias, Khalil and Sy attacked Proctor’s base and killed his scientists. Tobias wanted the stuff that was in the suitcase, but I do not know what he will do with it.
