"Pyramid" had a category made up of words that started with F and ended in "ing". The word "Forking" was used in the name of the category and I don't recall that being used anywhere except this show.

I saw the Paley Center special and I'll have more to say when I have more time.

Even after seeing the special I am still so confused.
I wondered why Chidi wasn't one of the four new people. Why else would his memory be erased?
I like seeing Eleanor in charge.
Regular Janet is so funny when she has to correct people.
This can't be The Good Place if everything is going wrong.

Haven't seen it yet but the cast of "Cheers" will be on "The Goldbergs". They need to be here!

Kristen's hairstyle looks so cute.
So Michael faked having problems so Eleanor would take charge. And she nearly gave up. But she has to succeed.
Wow, that one man is spoiled. He doesn't deserve The Good Place and thinks he's entitled to The Better Place. Sounds like Trump.

I watched the first episode of the current season and part of the second episode. I turned it off because I have not laughed one time. If the show is not going to be funny, I am not going to watch it. I am waiting to hear if it becomes funny like it was the first season.

I'm glad someone else doesn't think this show is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
I don't like Janet's new hair.
Brent reminds me of a certain world leader.

If the show is not going to be funny, I am not going to watch it. I am waiting to hear if it becomes funny like it was the first season. I don't know if this will help. A demon is feeling guilty because the people he tortures weren't really bad. He has come to The Good Place to inform them that Michael is not really Michael. While I'm not certain we have proved this one way or the other, Michael admitted he lied when he said he faked being incompetent so Eleanor would take over. What happened to the demon was quite surprising and maybe funny. And then something happened that anyone who hasn't seen any episodes would benefit from knowing. Jason did something really smart. This is unusual. And there were multiple bad Janets.

I wasn't enjoying the episode for a while but then some really funny things happened.
Jason wore a suit, which is unusual for him. And he did a smart thing again.
Demons sat in an audience listening to a very long presentation about how to make The Bad Place better. And they applauded. It looked like a normal business event, with men wearing suits.
Eleanor made the terrible mistake of putting Derek in charge of those who were part of the experiment (in previous seasons, that meant everyone the four stars and Michael and Janet) so she could help Tahani focus on the four who were the subject of the experiment. Derek performed as expected.
And this week there were multiple Michaels and determining which one was which was necessary.

Bad Janet spent 6 months in Good Janet's void. And Michael had to give her one final torture before letting her out. He told a boring story.
Eleanor had a cute hairstyle I don't think I had seen before.
More and more Brent reminds me of a certain American president.
Brent wrote three and a half books. By that I meant it was half spy novel, half murder mystery, half ...
And Brent has my writing talent. I used to write books but comparing my writing style to his made me realize this. Everyone hated the book. And he was charging $60 for it. No discounts to those who insulted him. Michael had to point out there is no money here.
Michael's golf outfit was hilarious! I guess that was how everyone dressed for golf back when it was first played in Scotland. If they didn't wear kilts.

The end of the first year was the subject of the most recent episode. I can say that the countdown clock made it to zero by episode's end but I won't say whether they were successful. Actually, I don't know how success is defined.
Once again, Jason did something smart. Tahani was concerned this might mean he was actually a demon.
Someone wasn't paying attention to the countdown clock because they were in the office in one scene and the very same time appeared a few minutes later outside.
I don't know that the episode had anything so special that it would support the idea the series is considered one of the great comedies.
Although there were two very unexpected and satisfying plot twists. One should have been a cliffhanger so we could wonder.

And the judge issued her ruling. Earth is cancelled. To do this she had to look through her purse.
Bad Janet doesn't need to poop. She chooses to. And she read Michael's book. And used it another way.
And there were multiple Janets.
Only one person can save the world. Jason said, "Fine. I'll do it."

I found a quote yesterday. I couldn't remember it until I saw it. Eleanor was sarcastically responding to Janet, saying, "What do YOU know?" Janet said, "Literally everything."
Last night's episode showed flashbacks of Chidi living not only his life on Earth but also his experiences in The Good Place. There were very short scenes we had seen, but most if not all of the longer scenes were new. Chidi reminded me a lot of Young Sheldon as, at age 8, he used his love of philosophy to teach his parents what they needed to do to save their marriage, in a lecture that lasted nearly an hour. For us, only a few minutes of it were shown. His parents did stay together.
No threats last night (since the judge is still checking multiple Janets and marbleizing them) but Chidi is apparently getting close to saving humanity.

I watched the episode from the night I had problems and there were several cases, one pretty long, where I'll have to see the video. No time to deal with that today but I've got a couple of weeks.
I'm lost but seeing a previous episode will help. Apparently Michael is redesigning The Bad Place and Vicky is actually being helpful. Chidi and Eleanor may finally get together but should they?
I liked the scene with Tahani's family. And that one joke reminded me of "Sunnyside".

I'm not watching anytime soon. I don't want it to end.
Janet was on "Single Parents" as Will's date and if such a thing is possible, she was even more boring and lacking in personality than when this show began. Appealing in a nerdy way, but very logical.

www.npr.org/podcasts/344098539/wait-wait-don-t-tell-me Select Jameela Jamil, and then after the introduction, start at 20:30. The host calls her the lead actress which isn't correct. That was Kristen. The show isn't mentioned much but she did say she gained wait and couldn't fit into her costumes, so she was never filmed from the back.
