I was laughing almost as bad as the coach who laughed about George Sr. jumping out of the way and letting the Librarian get hit. George's reaction was priceless when he realized what happened.
I wholeheartedly approve of the way Mary handled the Dr. Sturgis situation. But I have always said she is a good parent and teaches her children to be unselfish. She can only hope they get the message. The Librarian helped when she shared a story about losing friendship. I could definitely see older Sheldon's personality when I watched young Sheldon talk to the Librarian when she was in pain.
Georgie might have been a little too honest with his girlfriend, but he was still sweet. I had a feeling she almost smiled and would eventually return to the car.
Meemaw wants a committed relationship. I laughed when the coach told her to hand him the Tums.
Missy was perceptive when she asked Mary if being a mother was hard.
I enjoyed the episode very much.

Last night's show was good, but the ending made me feel for Mr. Cooper. If he had known that the librarian was going to take a hit, I am sure that he would've done things differently when that reckless player entered the picture. To me, he should sue that station for character defamation.
God bless you always!!!

You're not you until you've had your Snickers.
When I first saw the librarian, I thought she was the neighbor and I was hoping she and Reba might actually interact. Then I realized it wasn't her but I couldn't remember seeing her before. Once they called her "the librarian" I knew who she was, but there were only hints she was someone we would have known.
I was pleased Sheldon showed a lot more maturity by the end of the episode. Still, to anyone who hasn't watched "Big Bang Theory", this is as good as he is going to get and you shouldn't feel encouraged he will improve. It looks like there is hope for Dr. Sturgis.
Still, I liked the way Sheldon behaved, acting like he is college material.
Missy looks so much older now.
I liked all the scenes with Meemaw, either with Georgie or the coach.

I loved the scenes with George Jr. I love his accent so much when learning that the librarian was going to be sleeping in his room.
God bless you always!!!

On "Outmatched" I heard another great line that Sheldon should have gotten to say. Marc's sister, who like Missy is ordinary, says to her genius brother, "Question, Marc." Marc replies, "Exclamation point" and says he wanted to try some humor.

A House for Sale and Serious Woman Stuff
SEASON 3, EPISODE 19 • NEW 4/2/2020, 8:00 PM ON WJZDT 13 • TV-PG • STEREO • CC • DVS
When Sheldon learns the house next door is for sale, he takes it upon himself to find the perfect neighbors; Missy is torn when she's forced to pitch against her boyfriend at the baseball game.

Missy was my favorite tonight. I laughed so hard when she got excited and ran all the way home to tell Meemaw her boyfriend held her hand. It was sweet when Marcus entwined his fingers with Missy's. I liked the documentation for the status of their friendship.
I am anticipating some fun from having the pastor living next door to them.
Sheldon really was gullible when he did not think the Principal would lie. No one at the school wanted to live next door to Sheldon and that was not surprising. Poor Tam acknowledged their conversations are always about Sheldon. I am glad the final season of "The Big Bang Theory" showed what happened in Tam and Sheldon's friendship.

Missy was great last night. She finally cared more about winning the game, even after the coach did a nice thing for her. His reaction to Meemaw's request was to be expected but he came through. And Billy reminds me of Ralph Wiggum on "The Simpsons".
It has always been my experience that most churches, at least white churches, provide the pastor with a house and that's where he or she lives. For us right now it's she. Black pastors nearly always live in their own homes. I don't know why that is.
Tam is a good friend putting up with Sheldon.
It was fun watching Sheldon's behavior but of course he was wrong.
Jason Alexander is a really good actor.

^^^ That is how it was for the church that I went to when I was a kid. The preacher's home was right next to the church.
God bless you and him always!!!
Holly
P.S. Missy was my favorite part during last night's show. Sheldon, I love him to pieces, but when I heard what he had to say to the librarian who currently remains in a neck brace...will Billy's sister ever be shown again by the way? Now its like she never once existed.

God bless you always!!!

I don't blame Meemaw for not marrying this man. They're not ready for that.
If anything, he was too hard on Georgie. Sure, he was irresponsible, but he did such a good job otherwise and he took responsibility by paying back what he thought disappeared. And yes, he didn't finish reporting it to the cops.
I was once told how my wisdom teeth would be removed and I wanted no part of that. In my case it would have been an IV, not something put over the face. I was told one needed to be taken out right way and that could be done using a needle. I was willing to do that. It didn't hurt that much afterward and while I was still under the influence I felt really good.
Regarding Sheldon thinking counting wasn't challenging, I don't even remember what they did when I was put under to have pins put in my hip. I remember being the nurse and the anesthesiologist introducing themselves. I don't know why they would think I would remember their names but the fact that I remember they introduced themselves is what's important. I don't remember now what the last thing I remember was, but I jumped ahead and it was all over.
The dentist was Ryan Stiles of "Whose Line Is it Anyway?" I saw in the credits the hygienist was a real dentist.
Missy was so funny when she made her comments.
Where was George?

^^^ When my wisdom removal procedure took place, I actually had eight of my teeth removed all together instead of just four and so I have no idea how bad a normally done procedure hurts. Did I cry because of how bad I was hurting? Only a lit bit and that was right after I woke up. In the grand scheme, I probably held myself together better than most people would have under such circumstances. I don't know. I do know that trying to drink a milk shake is impossible after so much is done to a person's mouth at one time. I only got anything into my mouth during my first attempt. After that, the rest of what was in that cup ended up all over my shirt.
God bless you always!!!
Holly
P.S. The last thing that I remember saying before I went to sleep from the shot that I was given was something about the NASCAR race that had just happened back then which was in early 2000. I was never told to count backwards from 100 or anything like that,

"America's Funniest Home Videos" has done numerous videos of people who just had their wisdom teeth out. These are some of the funniest ones they've ever shown.
I don't think "Listen to the Music" by The Doobie Brothers qualifies as "Grandpa Music", or at least it didn't then. Coach seems to like country music, and that song was played on a country music awards show once. "Black Water" is the only one of their songs that I think actually sounds country.
I did not care for the music Georgie wanted, and I'm surprised especially way back then that there weren't complaints.

I was on Facebook and someone I went to church with 40 years ago said the house where the pastor lived has been sold and they give him a housing allowance. Still, the pastor on this show doesn't seem to get that.

Young Sheldon A Secret Letter and a Lowly Disc of Processed Meat
SEASON 3, EPISODE 21 • NEW 4/30/2020, 8:00 PM ON WJZDT 13 • TV-PG • STEREO • CC • DVS
Sheldon discovers that Mary's been keeping a secret about his future; Meemaw is furious when she learns Dale fired Georgie

Young Sheldon was funny. Mary was so upset she wound up smoking, drinking and chatting with the neighbor. They managed to get Sheldon into college before the season ended. The video was perfect and the faculty remarks about Sheldon were my favorite part of the episode. I was surprised Dr. Sturgis made glowing comments about Sheldon. He obviously got over being upset. I was not pleased that the coach did not reconsider letting Georgie return to work. I am glad Georgie and Meemaw exacted some form of payback for the coach being unreasonable.

In my opinion, tonight's show was such a great way to close the current season to where I wonder what the next episode was going to have happen in it since it I guess was supposed to be the real season closer. I am glad that Sheldon and Mr. Cooper tore into Mrs. Cooper about what a control freak she is. Missy blaming Sheldon for the fight that their parents were having only made me wish that she was booted from the ball team and I LOVED watching Georgie and MeMaw leave their mark on the sporting goods store! God bless you always!!! Holly P.S. The moment between Mrs. Cooper and Mrs. Sparks was sweet and the nice things that were said about Sheldon during his film were very heart warming. I am so happy that Dr. Sturgis was so quick to welcome Sheldon back to his class after the disagreement that they had earlier in the season. Maybe Georgie will eventually receive the same treatment at the auto parts store that he used to work at should a spot for him become available there. When I heard Sheldon say "I want dad.", right then is when I cried because his dad can not be shared with someone like me who wasn't blessed with much in the parental area.

Missy seems so old now. She's still fun. She doesn't have an instant camera, even though there were such things, but life sure has changed, because nowadays she wouldn't have to go to the FotoMat or whatever it was called.
I was surprised and pleased about Dr. Sturgis.
I was hoping Coach would change his mind about Georgie but I guess this means he won't be back.
I don't remember when it was said on "Big Bang Theory" that George died before Sheldon went to college, so I don't know how they'll resolve that.
It was a fun episode and a disturbing one at the same time. And no, I wasn't ready for the season to end.
I agree Sheldon isn't ready to go away to college. I wasn't. He's younger. But Mary did the wrong thing and George was right to criticize her.
I liked the comments by the teachers on the video.

P.S. The only thing that I did not agree with was Dale giving Georgie that money back. To me, his job should've been the only thing that Georgie got to keep considering how much money went missing on his watch. To me, when you make a mess, you clean it up which is why I think that money should've remained with Dale.

It was great. I was very surprised He did anything that showed respect for Missy.
I was surprised Coach gave the money back, but Meemaw must have really made him happy. I'm glad he at least got his job back.
Everything was done right. Iain is an outstanding actor.
Did you notice Mayim Bialik of "Big Bang Theory" in the credits? I forget what she said but future Sheldon was explaining that he named his son Leonard, which I assumed was after his best friend, but it was rally Nimoy.
All of this was taped after the pandemic began, I guess. I wonder why they could finish and so many shows couldn't?

^^^ To me, Mrs. Sheldon is the reason why Sheldon had such an attitude. I forget what episode it is, but Mr. Cooper said at one point that Sheldon had to learn that he is not special. Maybe if Mrs. Cooper's attitude changed, Sheldon's attitude finally would as well too.
