Looks like we finally get to see what's going on with Mary and Jack.

I am happy they are back. I saw Jack, but did they free Mary? Will have to wait and see.

I am glad we saw what was happening with Mary and Jack in the other realm. I liked Bobby and hope we see more of him. Supernatural is making the angels prettier than they used to be because Zachariah looks like a warrior instead of a door-to-door salesman. He does not seem heartless, but he has to do what the archangel tells him. I thought Jack had killed Michael, but Jack later said he needs to kill him in order to end the war.
I enjoyed seeing Jack entertain the children with his remarkable shadow puppets.
Castiel kept giving Donatello suspicious looks and I hoped he would trust his gut and investigate. When Donatello injured Sam, Castiel was motivated to take action. It was clear that Donatello’s problems were not limited to what Asmodeus did to him. The Demon Tablet corrupted him, and I have no problem with the action Cas took. The ingredients to open a portal will be difficult to obtain, and I was hoping Jack and Mary would come home soon. But it seems they will remain in the other realm to fight the angels.

This one was really good, I liked seeing Jack again, and BA Cas is back and finally acting like he used to!
I didn't see the way Donatello ended up being coming, that was a surprise, I wonder if Cas will go back and kill him so another prophet can come up? It does make sense how he would behave towards the guys when he thought all they wanted was to use, him, they have been accused of that before.
I liked seeing Jack again, his sweetness is refreshing yet his ability to save his friends is nice to see, I want to see him get older and learn to use his powers. I do hope that he doesn't overuse them to where he might be corrupted by them, it seems to be s theme on the show.
Mary and bobby are just ok to me, I don't understand Mary's reluctance with not wanting to be around her boys last year, and I think even if you gets back to them she may not be around them again. The show killed off my interest in Bobby years ago.
What is going on with Sam? He seems so set against hurting anyone, and also he seems so quick to lose hope, this is not the Sam who has almost always been the one to hold hope and be the cheerleader in the past. I wish we could see Sam talk to someone to find out there his head is at. I am worried about him and what might happen.
Dean and the fight against the two creature lol, "furry diaper" only Dean would find humor in the situation. On the other hand, he also seems against anyone being hurt ( Donatello) even after what Don did to him, I know he wants to show Sam that killing is not always the way to go, but there was no getting better for Donatello. Cas keeps telling them that a war is coming, why aren't they listening, Dena has always been ready to do whatever is needed, yet he seems like he doesn't want to follow thru, I wish they would pay more attention to Cas.
Cas is back, the soldier from S4 and S5, the one who did what he was told, and yet saved the guys, and a little of S6 Cas is there, but he did bad at the end so I don't want that part to come back. I love seeing Cas taking the lead on going to fight the giants, and doing what he had to do to get the spell out of Donatello head's. I don't understand why the guys won't listen to him, how many times does he have to say the WAR is COMING before they listen.
Now this part is speculation only on my part I have no idea of what to expect for the remaining part of the season Is there going to be a huge war at the end of the season with all the major players together? Is Jack going to kill off Lucifer and Michael? Is Gabriel going to be free and play a part? will Ketch or /and Asomdeus live thru the season?
thoughts?

novemberschild I enjoyed reading your excellent review (twice) and you reminded me of some things I enjoyed, like Dean's humor during the fight. I said "Oh no!" when his blade broke and he muttered something like it was supposed to be touched by a god. I love BA Cas also and enjoyed Dean and Cas fighting together. Cas said he is not going to let anyone hurt his friends again, so I expect him to remain in warrior mode. I have not been convinced that Michael will make it to our earth this season, but that might be wishful thinking. If there is a huge war, then I would have to cheer for Lucifer and his angels to defeat evil Michael and gorgeous Zachariah. Castiel and the Winchesters are awesome, but they cannot defeat an army. I do not think Jack will kill Lucifer, because Lucifer is his father, but I want to see him kill Michael. Gabriel was one of my favorite angels. It is not fair to bring him back and not give him something spectacular to do. I think Gabriel will kill the 4th prince of hell. I really like Ketch...so it is guaranteed he will be killed by the end of the season. If Cas kills Asmodeus, it should be off screen because I do not want to see him do that in cold blood.
