Talon is a survivor. The last of the Blackblood race, she also endured the destruction of her entire village by a gang of brutal missionaries. Years after that life-defining attack, she travels to a lawless fortress along the edge of the civilized world, tracking the individuals who killed her family. As she makes the journey, she discovers that she possesses a mysterious supernatural power that she must now learn to control, not only to save herself but to defend the world against the tyranny of a fanatical religious dictator.

I watched this last night and the pilot did a good job of letting us see what happened to the girl's village rather than just describing it. I did not expect her people to have a characteristic that made them look different, and they took care of that problem pretty quickly. I am baffled by what the article said and I know I did not miss anything because I was focused on the TV. Jerky creature? Plot twist? *** This show is nothing like "The 100". It is closer to a swashbuckling story like "The 3 Musketeers". |

This show is nothing like "The 100". It is closer to a swashbuckling story like "The 3 Musketeers". Well, it sure looks like "The 100" to me. There's nothing about it that makes me want to watch. On the other show, you have characters like Abby and Clarke and Raven that I've been watching for a long time, and I'm also curious to know how things will turn out. |

I have seen four episodes and I am enjoying it. They have some interesting characters. One young man reminds me of the way Jerry Lewis looked in "The Nutty Professor", but he has characteristics like Sherlock Holmes. He uses his tongue to taste evidence and that freaks me out.
The Administrator's daughter is a lot wilder than she should be considering her station and background. The Gatekeeper is suspicious of the hold she has over her father.
People are being infected inside the Output gates and turning into creatures. They need to find the cause.

Although I guessed who the Dragman was, it did not spoil the reveal. I still know nothing about the relationship of the Dragman to Talon or the black-blood people. I want to know more about it, but the ratings for the show were so low, we might not get a chance to see more.

I can't link to it but there is a pink biography that mentions the show.
Anytime I post a URL that starts with "decoy.tvpassport.com" it means the article appears in lots of newspapers including, in some cases, those I look at online. But there's no category on that web site for pink biographies.
