That scenario sounds familiar, but maybe it was about a bomb that was not a dirty bomb.

The redhead was good. If they can't keep Jack on the show, maybe she needs to come back occasionally.
I actually thought she had pretended to be good to get the bomb herself, but she didn't trust the team.
Not as much comedy as I would have liked, but the first scene was funny and Bozer is always funny.
They could have used Jack in this one.

I agree with everything you said, but my preference would be to bring back Mac's father.
I thought it was interesting to see them visualize "the plan" even though things did not work out according to plan.

It was misleading to show in the commercial events that didn't happen.

The team did a good job of remembering what needed to be done to survive. It was more exciting than they anticipated when Bozer and Riley awakened and found Mac was gone.
I enjoyed seeing Mac use his skills to find the "X" on the map. I also enjoyed the way Riley and Boz were able to track the group.
I did not enjoy the scenes with the former husband because that was rather sad.

They needed Jack in the wilderness but he was with Matty. Bozer and Riley did a good job in that situation, though, and Bozer was funny.
The hillbilly was right. But he didn't know. Now where I live there are plenty of people like him in places like that store and they're good people. To be specific, they're "Roy's Folks".
I saw "Deliverance" and what Bozer seemed to be describing was worse than what actually happened. At least Arthur Smith now gets credit for the music.
Matty was so good with her ex's daughter but I hated how they have to be cut off from her now.

Every mention I have seen about Eades leaving this show also mentions he had issues on CSI. I am wondering if they are intentionally trying to make it seem he is the problem even though we do not know what provoked him to walk off of the set. That is unfair.

That was a decent exit for Jack. He and the team had an exciting evening and I enjoyed watching them.
I would not blame the groom if he has second thoughts about marrying into that family.
I liked it when Mac made wedding bells out of paperclips. I watched but have no clue how he prepared the cyanide antidote. I always enjoy the way Mac creates an exit when they are trapped.

If Jack had to leave, that was a good way to do it. But this show is running out of reasons for me to enjoy it enough to be a top ten show. "Magnum" is fast becoming its replacement as it has many of the qualities that made me like this show so much. What this show still has, and that one does not, is life or death situations requiring Mac to come up with some amazing solution to a problem. Also Bozer being funny.
I liked the music at the reception. Also the music for the first part of the wedding, but not the bride's music.
I really believed the father when he said he wanted to be with his daughter on her big day and that he would give up everything to do it.

I enjoyed this episode very much. Desi's introduction to the group members was a bang! It was funny when Matty got the jump on Desi. Desi is a very efficient fighter and I was impressed when she ascended to the top of the boxes.
The criminals wanted to capture Cody for a unique purpose, and it was smart of them to do that. The police should put a tracking device on all of their animals, including the dogs and horses.
Mac used his skills several times to get them out of jams.

I do not like Desi at all. I'm hoping she's just temporary or at least only occasional. I did like when she pretended to be a regular person, and she had a nice smile.
One problem I have with Desi is that there are now too many women. Even if she's a very capable fighter, we already have Matty in charge, Riley and Bozer's girlfriend. Bozer isn't exactly macho.
I was surprised Cody could be distracted so easily and how nice he was.

When the show started, it seemed like Mac was not supposed to participate in physical confrontations. However, that has changed. Mac does not act like a high school jock, but he is macho enough for me, like James Bond without a gun.

Lidar + Rogues + Duty
SEASON 3, EPISODE 16 • NEW 2/22/19, 8:00 PM ON WJZDT 13 • TV-14 • STEREO • CC
The Phoenix must recover the body of a pilot whose plane crashed while testing an experimental laser mapping system that MacGyver designed; Riley tries to identify the hacker who tricked a SWAT team into arresting her and Elwood.

I enjoyed the episode. Mac feels very strongly about people he has worked with even though he does not get overly demonstrative. It's a good thing Desi is good at her job or I would want them to give her a time out. But she is excellent and she works well with Mac. That is what is important. I was glad their mission was successful and that they stopped rogue agents.
I feel the same way as Bozer about the riddle Desi asked the robot.
The S.W.A.T. team coming into Riley's home was shocking. It is now worse because the entire team, except Desi, has been compromised. My guess is it was done by someone who does not approve of government agencies that work outside of the law. It could be the end for Phoenix.

The joke with the robot was good. That robot reminds me of Isaac on "Orville".
I liked Matty's attitude toward Elwood. She really does care. It bothers me that something like this has happened. And I was rooting for Elwood to succeed.
Since I hadn't seen the episode description, I was afraid the bad news from Matty was about Jack. Mac has done a lot which we didn't see and he really was close to this man. It was amazing they found him.
I still don't like Desi.
It says "Georgia casting" in the end credits. I recently saw something about how the show is filmed in Atlanta but I assumed all these Middle Eastern locations were actually the former Soviet republic.

It could be the end for Phoenix. That could be this year's cliffhanger, but I hope not. I still want Richard Dean Anderson to make an appearance.

I forgot about this. A web site I go to has had to take steps to prevent DDoS attacks, so I knew what that meant.
In an earlier episode Bozer said he liked adult contemporary music. I find that surprising considering he doesn't seem like the type. I used to like it back when the term meant something else. Actually, I'm surprised anyone knows that term because on one web site I go to, people say only people in the radio industry even know what it means. The point is Desi thought it was no big deal if, in order to accomplish what Team Phoenix was trying to do, people lost their adult contemporary radio station.

A list of celebrity birthdays I saw at the library showed George Eads is 52. Maybe it is time for him to give up this type of role, like Wayans Sr. said he would have to do.

Seeds + Permafrost + Feather
SEASON 3, EPISODE 17 • NEW 3/16/19, 8:00 PM ON WJZDT 13 • TV-PG • STEREO • CC

A storm interrupted the program signal, but I enjoyed what I was able to see. I was surprised to see Mac in bed in Paris and Desi's body was covered in tattoos. I saw the men come back to the room, but the next scene I saw was when they were at Phoenix.
I was happy to see Mac's father. Bozer's attempt to spy on Mac Sr. was amusing and not very successful. Bozer did finally learn what was wrong with Oversight though.
When the team reenacted what hapened in the locked vault, I had to laugh because Mac and Desi looked funny when they were trying to get the upper hand during the fight scenes.
I think TV shows are making me callous. I kept telling the grieving man to shut up and just shoot the crime boss. Matty said the crime boss will go to jail for a long time so that ended well.
