Some observations: The CW has a new night of programming, and the new season started this week, which means we should see better numbers next week. Poor Kara has never done worse, if I remember correctly. Why "The Originals" keeps showing reruns I don't understand.

"Manifest" fell off a little which is to be expected, but "The Good Doctor" and "Bull" have not recovered.

"Last Man Standing" is still doing very well for a Fox show, but last week's was obviously a big deal.

I feel bad for "I Feel Bad". And the novelty seems to have worn off for "Will and Grace".

The CBS Friday shows have fallen off for some reason.

Very bad move, putting ABC comedies on Friday. "Speechless" is viewer-less.

Usually "Dateline" on Saturday is one two-hour show. Don't ask me why there were two separate episodes. And when rounded, they were tied.

Whichever network gets the 4:00 Sunday football game that inevitably runs over into prime time always seems to do better. This has not helped "Rel" this week, though.

Speaking of football, most of the games don't have teams listed so I don't list them. That's got to make a difference at least for college games. And last week I didn't recognize one of the abbreviations so I didn't bother. Is this okay?

As much as I had to say, it wasn't all there was to say.

Wasn't this the week the three Chicago shows had a single event that involved all three? Seems to have helped.

"A Million Little Things" has really not lived up to the hype.
