There was a lot of drama, a lot of fighting, and a lot of confusion. I enjoyed watching everything even while wondering what different scenes were leading to.
Joseph Carver expressed the reason he was so callous about his wife. When she was affected by the particle accelerator, he viewed her as no longer human. And he knew the mirror dimension affected the brain and she would no longer be the same as when she entered. After killing Joseph, Eva did not give a reason for not returning Iris even though she knew Barry would keep hunting for her. I guess we will see more of Eva next season.
I like the group working as a team, but I will never be happy with Flash lacking power. Where was Cisco?
I was happy that Capt. West returned. And we will get Caitlin/Frost back too.

I'm confused about why Caitlin has been replaced with Frost. Was it ever explained why Caitlin can't always be around? In the first episode of season 6, Caitlin agreed to let Killer Frost share control. Caitlin to Killer Frost: It never occurred to me that you would want to live a life. That’s why I never let you drive, not because I think you are only good in a fight.
Caitlin then transformed into Killer Frost. Dibney observed this and when Killer Frost wanted to know where should she start, Dibney volunteered to be her life coach and called her “Frosty”. Yeah, I sort of remember all of that. But then Frost can't change into Caitlin when needed. And that's the part I have a problem with. |

The show runner sort of apologized for Iris being stuck in the Mirrorverse because the season was not supposed to end that way. Also, he said there were enough clues given that fans should be able to figure out what happened to Iris at the end. Maybe so, but I do not want to try to piece it together. Unlike Fauci, I am not into the science. |

I know what you mean about Caitlin because there was a time they needed her doctor skills and acted as if Frost was not a medical doctor. More recently, they have changed their minds about that. |
