Grant Gustin will be back as Barry Allen/The Flash, and Candice Patton as Iris West. Tom Cavanagh hopefully makes an appearance as Harrison Wells while Jesse L Martin will be back as Joe West. Other cast members set to return include Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost and Rick Cosnett as Eddie Thawne. Carlos Valdes, who plays Cisco/Vibe will not be returning in the sixth season.
While the plot is kept under wraps, the ending of season 5 sets up the "crisis" which sees Barry disappear. The new season will probably explain what happens to Barry during the crisis and will also give more screentime to Godspeed, the anti-hero, who gets an origin story in the fifth season.
Reverse-Flash has been confirmed to be a key player in the upcoming season. The last season has essentially been about how Eobard Thawne escaped from Death Row, setting him up for this role, meaning that season 6 will surely continue the setup.

Should be something to see who will replace Cisco will not be easy though finding someone to fill in him.

I was excited when I saw this, but they do not know if he is coming back. Maybe fans should start a petition for Cisco to return.  |
