Who is General Mills?

I just noticed this recently. This board has the names of Zod and Mills. Who is Mills and why was that name chosen?

If you don't know who Mills is, I can tell you, but I want to know who the Mills was that has been in the name of this board from the start. I don't know whether this Mills was in the comic books but the one I am thinking of didn't exist back then otherwise.

We chose the name from the cereal brand, it's a bit of a joke you might say.
