I was wondering the same thing. She suspected Batwoman was Kate in an earlier episode but changed her mind.

Kate has try many times though but has not work out to get too the real Beth in Alice.

Even if Alice stops murdering people in the future, I cannot imagine how she would redeem herself. She has murdered a lot of innocent people and framed her own father. Kate will protect her, but I do not think she will trust Alice.

I enjoyed this one even though Alice continued killing people. They are making connections between Gotham/Batman when they use the gas that forces people to face their greatest fears. On Gotham, a small amount of the gas was sufficient to make people go crazy, but it looked as if the doctor subjected Mouse to the gas for an indefinite amount of time.
I liked the scenes between Sophie and Batwoman and I am glad they will be allies instead of lovers. I am used to men being homophobic, but Sophie's mother was very negative.
A woman was slicing the face of pretty internet influencers and it was difficult to track her down because no one knew who she was. Sophie and Batwoman teamed up to protect the next intended victim. They worked well as a team. After the rescue, they left the perp bound and informed the police of the location. Alice arrived first and made a bargain with the woman. I do not want to think about how Alice got what she wanted in a few minutes because it must have been brutal. Bargaining with the surgeon who had held Alice captive will not end well.
Mary's overtures to work with Kate was causing Kate to wonder what was going on.
