After visiting a marijuana dispensary in support of his legalization plan, things go awry for Mayor Neil Bremer; Neil puts Mikaela in charge of the mayor's office for the day.

Ted Danson is hilarious as the mayor. I think he has a good supporting cast. I am not sure who will be my favorites, but I think his nemesis, Arpi, and Jayden will be on the list.

There were so many funny lines that made me laugh throughout both episodes, i need to re-watch to catch them all. Some favorites are: Manny Peddy and knocking the poor guy down; attack on the mascot; ribbon cutting at the 10,000th drug dispensary; responding to Orly with "Thank you for telling me that."; and Jayden's reaction and responses to everything.

It's Heather!

We could always count on her to be the voice of reason for Crazy Rebecca. Now she fills the same role for Ted Danson. Knowing she's around makes me feel a whole lot better.

Jayden interviews candidates for an opening on the team; Neil gets sidetracked during a town hall; Orly has a shocking realization.

Neil lost the fight on the bus and said now everyone on the bus thinks the other guy is mayor. 

There were some cameos in the Brentwood portion. My favorite was when the lady said she needed the monogrammed bag back because her dog was in it. Later, at another town hall, Chrissy said John's name is not even Legend; it is McGruff, like the dog or something. Sooo funny.

The scenes with Orly and Mikaela were funny. At one point, I thought Mikaela was going to convince Orly to return to school and participate, but Mikaela is shallow.

Jayden interviewed some terrible candidates for P.R. writer. Now, he resents the one he chose because he really wanted to hire the one he would have been buddies with.

Arpi's best comment was in the car when they left the town hall. She said anytime you need interruptus, I am there. My class in school was the only one where none of the girls got pregnant.

I do not know what Tommy's role is, except to be rude.

I'm an episode behind. Actually more than that since I had to go to bed.

At this point I like The Mayor, and I like him better high. There's not much else to like.

Mikaela and Orly were so cute together.

The spoiled celebrities were also funny.

And I'm not sure if this is the same episode but that was neat how they made all those deals.

Mr. Mayor manages to toss in a lot of one liners that are hilarious. The mayor was given a list of areas that were NOT on fire because that was a shorter list.

When Arpi and Brenner planned to hit Jayden with a wild pitch to distract from bad news (lice), I thought they were going to reference Dr. Fauci, but they did not. Hitting Jayden was mean, but it was funny when he wore a cone to the office.

Tommy and Mikaela were silly when they talked about their prospects for dates and when they tried to get a new I.D. photo for Tommy.

I'm curious why Jayden needs a cone.

Without Ted Danson, I'm not sure I'd still be watching. Even Orly isn't there that much but she's good when she is. I discovered she was the bratty and athletic sister on "Speechless", which was a great show because I liked all the regulars.
