It did not work out for me to be here early this week. I almost didn't get this done today, but here I am.

So here are some things you need to know, and as always, if you see numbers on the left for just some of the shows, those are last week's and I'm not ready but I have been known to lose everything when the computer froze.

The Big East games started at 6:40 and 8:40 and I have previously stated that numbers are shown for times other than prime time on the weekend. Since 40 minutes of the first game took place in prime time I am showing that game's numbers. For the Mountain West only 12 minutes were in prime time so I am not. As for the two shows that followed, those got very low numbers (red with the target audience, in fact), which never happens for "Crimetime", a name given by some sources to reruns of shows such as "NCIS" and "FBI". In this case, the times shown are 8:12 and 8:42, so they are thirty-minute episodes of something. All the listings I can find say a COVID special. But the title given by this site is the same as when the show is "Crimetime" and there is no further information since only "American Idol" is specifically mentioned as having an adjusted number.

Wait. Adjusted from preliminary numbers. I can look up the preliminary numbers and ... NOW those shows have titles. You will see them the next time I post.

"Bad Girls" are even worse. No, that's not a rerun. "AFV", meanwhile, loses just a few viewers by being a rerun. The Grammys didn't do as well as I expected but they were still dark green except with old people, but the show still got a lighter green.

The CW shows improved slightly. The first hour did better than the awards show, at least.

Oops. I see a mistake in the CW numbers from last week. I'll go fix that. The number was right in the list of all shows.

Biden's speech has one number for all networks except CBS. Someone went to the trouble of providing separate numbers for the last four minutes of CBS coverage of the speech. If you want, I can check to see how well it did on cable. Most everyone was down compared to normal, and "Call Me Kat" hit a new low for a new episode. "Walker" is doing better. For two of the four networks something did not air. NBC has been filling that missing half hour with reruns, so no big deal. "The Unicorn" on CBS, though, just got one airing as the second in the pair of comedy reruns on Saturday.

Was it a mistake to air a rerun of the Royals? It didn't do as well as new episodes of the usual shows, and everyone knows "Blue Bloods" does much better even as a rerun than "Clarice" did.

The "Whose Line" episodes swapped places, when rounded, because the first one was new.

And don't worry about "Smackdown" which is dark green with men.

The CW's superhero shows stayed consistent, rounded. Sorry I gave "The Flash" a boost he didn't deserve last week.

"Riverdale" and "Nancy Drew" recovered and, in fact, moved into orange with young people. Whatever "The Con" is got a red and so did two of ABC's comedy reruns with that audience.

I know NBC is happy Chicago Wednesdays are back. But "The Masked Singer" got a dark green with target audiences and that's what counts.

Our nation doesn't have much soul. Red for young people.

I lost everything before I got through doing three days of shows two weeks ago, so be patient. I see several of you have looked already.

Done. The CW's Monday shows showed improvement.

On the other hand, watch for falling "Debris".

I just have to put the rankings in, and that's it until next week.

Oh, yes, I forgot. Only CNN showed the speech and only got a 2.8. MSNBC had other programming and apparently Fox News has a two-hour program at 7 but if it had anything at 8, it wasn't listed.
