And I'm back. For reasons I won't go into, I had a choice of coming here today or Tuesday but I figured the ratings wouldn't be ready Tuesday. As it turns out, the site has Tuesday's date on the numbers I am posting.

Friday's are back to "normal". I have a theory about Jimmy Kimmel. He gets much better preliminary numbers in prime time but as I recall the show airs after the game out west. I have no idea if the site accounts for that and adds in the numbers from the West.

Holey Moley, look at the numbers for "Love Island"! Why do they keep bringing it back? Three straight nights of the same pathetic number when rounded. Menawhile, I think Nature has stopped calling.

Kimmel gets slightly better numbers during the week.

"Walker" and "Kung Fu" do well for The CW, but otherwise the network is In the Dark.

I don't seem to have final numbers for July 12. I can post preliminary numbers for now, but the number for "All American" seemed quite high. We all know what that means based on the weeks when I didn't have final numbers.

Correction. I have final numbers for all new episodes. No one really cares about reruns, do they? You are NOT going to like what happened to "The Republic of Sarah". So for now, what's above includes final numbers for the four new episodes and preliminary numbers for everything else.

"Love Island" ended up with four straight nights with the same number.

That's it for this week. I found a site that had more numbers that were different from the preliminary numbers for July 12, but the ones that were shown on the site I use didn't match. Furthermore, the new shows listed on the site I use were only scripted shows. Reality and competition shows didn't count. So any unscripted shows listed that aired a new episode on July 12 are still shown with preliminary numbers.

"Legends" was back to normal this week, such as it is. What followed I did the joke for last week, and I have already seen this past Sunday's numbers. Things just get worse as "Dead Pixels" makes its return. I can tell you the show's name also describes its popularity.

"Superman" came back with a bang but seems to have taken away some of The Flash's power.

And "Love Island" did even worse on Sunday.

I bet the networks are wishing for more sports programming, but the regular baseball game doesn't do too well.

I had to make a fix to last week, but you can usually be sure the show's normal time slot gets higher numbers than the rerun that comes later.

I hope no one saw the incorrect number with the wrong day shown. That was supposed to be the rerun.
